Hey Vulcan, great work. Would you mind giving a little insight in to how you trade the system?

i traded the long signals that appeared at the beginning of the week (C5 basket only) but still have them open over the weekend at approx -400 pips. Intending to hold this week until they either recover or hit SL @ 1000pips.

Hi Tritan. . I entered 3 trades on 3 separate occasions during the week on different accounts and have posted my screenshots recently (see posts 1662, 1663 & 1668) which all show good buy signals. 2 baskets were C5 and 1 basket C14. When I thought I had adequate pips I took my profits. All 3 entries were winning trades and I did not hold onto them for as long as you did. I hope this helps. Cheers & good luck with your trades. Cheers Vulcan. Appreciate the reply. Will continue to monitor the system and all it reveals to hopefully learn in time how to best close out trades and maximise the returns. I'm very much a newbie with basket trading so a lot to learn.

Well it is currently version v1.1. I tried to detect a non-working ea, but it did not work as expected on v1.2. Currently only a perfect sell / buy is implemented (all tf blue either red or green). Is it worth to implement red / green according to your rules (meaning "less" perfect 3 blue in month and 3-4 blue in weekly)? If yes, then I would create two alerts, one perfect and one for opemipo-rules ... it is not that much work to me ...

Well, I do not understand. It does not seem to me that the implemented rules are not yours. But the implemented rules are the perfect ones, meaning all symbols green / red on all TFs compaired with your initial rules 3 on month and 3-4 on weekly so on ... my question: sould I implement alerts also with 3 blues in month and 3 to 4 in weekly?

Give me one day to check the versions. Version 1.2 had a problem (but with log). I'm gonna upload version 1.3 with push, alerts and mails together with logs in one day or so ... opemipo can upload it to post 1 afterwards ... anyway there would not be any save alerts during xmas days ...

Let us do it this way.

Make the alert for all the diamond pairs in all the time frames in Buy Zone or Sell Zone.

Pls, if u can do it, put space for phone alert when all the conditions above are met.

Let me know if it is possible.

Well, I do not understand. What do you mean with "put space for phone alert"? To be honest have never tested the PushNotificationAlerts feature because I do not use any cellphone. The current code is
SendNotification("FX_T101 Alarm Buy trigger")

Where do you want to have a space in it? I guess you wanna have a newline somewhere between the message?

Thanks so much on your effort.

Try to make it an ea to trade itself when all the diamond pairs are in buy zone or sell zone.

Let it alert us on our charts and phones. It is a big task and I know that you can do it.

This explanation below is a brief one about the gift.


The EA is set for Daily trading.

This is the first version, so it is setup as follows:

The signals at the bottom of the screen determines the trades.

If all 5 columns in T101 14Pair tradehedge gives a "BTS SHORT" signal then it will place 14 pair trade short.

If todays Daily column gives a "Core5 SHORT" signal then it will place a 5 pair trade short.

All my trading so far has been on the Daily Core5.

I use a CloseAll script at this stage to close my trades.
(The AutoClose does work but will input proper Closing later)

I will input code later to select the amount of columns you want to trade, incorporate the currency strength etc.....
(There are many possibilities using this EA, e.g. Core5 at Top etc...)

Pls, use this holiday to study it. It has a lot of uses.

It is not that difficult to create an EA for that. But only using two mt4-charts. Otherwhise I need the sourcecode of the FX_T101-Dashboard-EA. With this sourcecode I could create one ea for one chart. I prefer one ea for one chart. Less complicated for coding and usage afterwards.

Give me two weeks to create one. Not a big deal to me.

You did not answer my question about the space in the alert. So please answer this question first ...

The space is for phone number so that we can get the alert in our respect phones.

Sorry I don't have the source code.

Let us move this basket trading to the next level next year.
