The worst part of it, thanks to these kind of gamblers and criers, regulators lower maximum leverage to 1:50 and normal traders suffer:/ Actually, Pepperstone could sue him for slander as he created insulting websites...

I believe the conditions to be quite reasonable. Why they offered him the compensation? Maybe because they realized that it was unfair of them to close the position during the weekend. But still they have the right to do so So my opinion is that they offered him cash in order to preserve the good name of the company. He rejected their offer and got butthurt because finally once in a gorrilion trades he was supposed to win. Dude, if youre reading this, ffs take those websites down, accept the compensation and pray to god cause if I was them I would sue you for slander.

If somebody uses 6-10 pip stop loss, he/she needs big leverage to earn good money if he/she doesn't want to deposit whole investing capital at broker's account. Many people prefer to keep most of investing capital at bank's account rather than at broker's account.

For those who mess up high leverage trading with gambling, which is totally wrong look at example. Trader has $100.000 capital for forex trading and want to start with percentage risk of 1% capital, so $1000. In first scenario he decides to make transfer of $10000 to broker, $90000 leaves on bank account and trades with 10% risk per every trade. In second scenario FCA wants to protect our trader and let's him trade only with 1:50 leverage and as trader is scalper he needs to transfer whole capital to broker account to start with $1000 risk per every trade. He made 50 winning trades 1:2 R:R and 50 losing trades. In first example he ends this trading period with capital of $579.032,3, in second only with $166.149,1 although he started with $100.000.

I thank everyone who spend their time to write here for helping me. I also appericate everyone who are supporting or threating me.
I got some private messages that contains a lot of threat, so it means I am in right way J

Actually I provide here my statement clearly, but my trading style is not topic to discuss here. It is not important and this is only one of my account. I use expert, I use technical analysis, news trading etc. İn different accounts. But it is not important, the subject of topic is broker discussion J

Some people wrote that I am using aggressively leverage. They are giving high leverage for everyone. And most of people are losing their Money because of high leverage and the brokers are getting Money to their pocket. It is not problem to use high leverage while losing, is it problem while gaining?

Some people wrote that it is brokers right to do it and it is correct. If it is their right why they want to give 1750 usd compensation? And if they close your potential profitable positions at the weekend, you will feel same and write same things?

Finally, if someone recommend me something to do, I appreciate them and read carefuly.
And I did not open this thread for broker who has a lot of happy customers. You can see a lot of traders who scammed by pepperscam. So I dont think users who threat me are just trader J

There's nothing wrong with using an aggressive, high-leveraged trading style but it's wrong to ignore that your broker can reduce the leverage of open positions under certain conditions - many brokers do that and there is nothing wrong with that. I know, many people here believe that with some magic ECN broker their counterparty is goldman sachs or some other LP and the broker is completely out of the question. Like many other myths going on here on ForexFactory that idea is completely wrong. If you trade more than you have (which is the entire concept of leverage) a gap (which is much more likely under extreme market conditions) might end you up in debt which you owe to the broker. So fine, so good (or bad actually). The bigger problem for the broker is that he owes almost the same amount to someone else.
Wheather your trade was in profit or loss had most probably no meaning, it's an automated process.

Dear DeploX, I am not promoting my broker here or I am not requesting to support me against pepperscam. I just write here if someone recommend me new things that I did not do.

Well I deleted my post because I decided that there is basically no point in spending my time on this thread anymore. The thing that astonsihes is that even though we all have provided explanations on why this problem occured you still feel the need to harm a company many of us work with. Initially I did not consider you a threat to pepperstone but it’s very obvious that you are biased against them. Therefore if you do not close this thread and shut down your websites I’ll be forced to report you to PS for slander. Please note that I am not an affilliate with PS nor am I trying to promote them. If you fail to take the actions described above until 8 UTC, you can be 100% sure that I will notify them. Why am I doing this? It’s people like you that harm names of companies because their egos are bigger than their IQ.

I've used Pepperstone in the past, and they were good. No problems with withdraw or managing orders.

BTW, I am adding here what pepperstone sent all of their clients before Italy Referendum. They are not saying that please don't use high leverage, there is abnormal market conditions, they just say "FUND NOW" and "TRADE NOW". "Trade your opinion and take advantage of this historic event."
They forgot to write there, "if your opinion is correct, we can decide to close your positions."

And if there is risk in the market for broker, they can reduce leverage for specified products like IT40 or they can change these products to close only mode that you can't open new positions, you can just close your opened positions.
Is it legal solution to close my positions at the weekend without informing me before?

So some people still want to defend pepperstone???
