Looks interesting. Has potential.
I see that coffee overall has strongest correlation to commodity currencies long term. They are currently trending so looking the correlation I would wait a little bit. I also notice that coffee is very weakly correlated to USDx. , ( Not showed on attachment. But the number is +5 for the 300 day period)
I do not have any experience in trading coffee but has lately been eyeballing the charts.

So basically the question is. Do you have any fundamental driver behind the potential long trade. Or is it just technical?

Hi Earleone,

It's based on technical combine with fundamental that, bad weather and crop failure are major causes of rising coffee prices in 2017.

GBP's been beaten down by Brexit this year so almost anything that had gone up till this point is bound to be negatively correlated with GBP; NZD/USD shares the 3rd variable with Coffee, so to prove causation one requires more due diligence

Can anyone here give me some suggestions?

Was doing some good trades in Coffee lately. Longs and shorts. It is falling now. Anyone know fundamental for that ( if any ) IMO from what I see fundamental I expect a rise in pricing.

4H , It is heavy spread, But no premium / swap so can be in position for a long period.

Potentially a bear market rally. Producers are still net short (Sort of heavy shorts), although they took advantage of the recent decline to cover some of their shorts, but still potentially still has room for lower prices (Medium to long term).

I have a simular one if you share yours also i think traders here will get a edge on the market because your indi could lead and use mine for confirmations the one i have posted here works wery well with RSI/STOCK at exstreeme levels also with all tre together will make it big.its one at bottom on image

when the reversal is confirmed it doesnt repaint you need to use on 5 min prefferebly and together with RSI that i use for conf. and you get one candle in direction of reversal its confirmed it will not repaint after that it will spike up at very OVB/OVS levels and stay and go down again with first candle in direction of reversal i use the RSI together with spike and take the trade at open of next candle if rsi are at 80 ore 20 on the RSI 14 target 10-15 pips sl the same and that is why i said it would be perfect together with the one dweb had on hes screenshot over here thoose two together would be very good.
