The zone you marked as a DZ on your daily chart. I would not consider it as a demand zone, because of the big wick to the downside.
The wick is getting liquidity from a lower zone. When you look at the 4hr chart you can see the 4hr Demand zone where price reacted from.

It is definitely not a demand zone we would buy at but worth noting.
It may cause a rally up right to present some nice selling opportunities

Thanks for the feedback Pip and Michael. I should have put a little more info on the charts. I mark zones with parallel lines, that box is just an area buyers came in that I want to keep an eye on if I'm shorting. I just labeled it as 'demand'/buyers area.

Michael - I was planning for shorts from up above but thought it would be best to have this buy area removed prior. I know it's up to the trader whether conservative/aggressive but you think that's too conservative?

Hello guys, I have been looking for new ways to make profits on lower timeframes. Trading mostly on M5 and M1. However the lower the timeframe I am in the harder it gets. Levels are just being ran over a lot more frequently when I trade the NY-London session. I have been getting good results however on timeframes higher than D1 only.

Is there any problems similar to this you guys had when you decided to go for quick profits doing day trading on liquid hours?

I was just discovering how hard it was to pick entries and stops on smaller timeframes. Apparently this morning my tweaks have been working good.

Your experience of day-trading supply and demand is not uncommon
Very different mindsets are involved in trading larger vs smaller time-frames

Many times when the two are mixed it can take a conscious effort on the part of the trader to make the necessary mental adjustments required.

Quite possible to do though
