Open a short at 12:25 GMT +2 on Monday (5:25 am NYC, EST) and close it almost 10 hours later at 22:14 GMT+2 (3:14 pm NYC, EST). That is in theory. It is important to use your favorite oscillator and trend lines, proper money management including a proper stop loss and unless you are watching the trade, a take profit as well...

Regular technical analysis is still the most important thing in entering a trade.

Jerry, a question : Is it correct to buy and go long at the time of closing the shorts ? Or do you propose other times for entering long...?
For example. at the beginning of Monday[ 0:00 Est ???] is it a buy ?

Many times buying with an overbought signal results in sideways movement in a "down" market. It is far safer to only take shorts during the down conditions.... that way you have the wind at your back, rather than in your face. If one were to go long in a down market, maintain your stops vigilantly and accept small losses graciously.

Hi Sixer,

Thanks for posting the Alphee video... I was very glad to see him talking about his work... I use Timing Solution software as you may know. Sergey Tarasov, the author of TS initially was the developer for Alphee's software... I don't know how he was able to start his own company using Alphee's software but he has taken it and expanded it greatly. The modules I have been using to post my predictions are a good example.... The interface is very similar as you can see... just expanded.

Here is an updated chart of PA as it is unfolding according to the plan previously posted. Notice PA on the 1 hr. EUR/USD heading south right on schedule.

End of Week Recap, Nov 21 - 25, 2016

The forecast worked out well again this week. Trading was quiet on Thursday and Friday due to the American long holiday week-end... The NY sessions didn't produce as many pips. All of the cycle down trends accurately predicted price movement. Last week I posted:

Monday, Short 12:25 pm, Close short 10:14 pm GMT+2
Tuesday, Short 11:52 am, Close short 00:10 am Wednesday
Wednesday, Short 13:55 pm, Close short 22:42 Wednesday
Thursday, Short 14:09 pm, Close short 00:22 Friday
and...(I don't trust Friday signals as much)
Friday enter short at 14:31, close trade by end of market session.

Here is this week's MT4 chart marked up with those trade times.... Will post next week's forecast by Sunday....

How I use Timing Solution. I use Q-Spectrum module included in Terra Incognita relize. Best results I got on EUR/USD pair on 1 hour time frame. Two times in a day I start Q-Spectrum module and extract all powerfull cycles from eur 1 hour data. I got such screen - periodogramm with cycles

I highlight all cycles in periodogramm bigger than for example 0.02 on left panel. Ordinary about 20-24 cycles. And get composite red line with prognosis on chart. I see when in future this line change direction and put time sign on this moments. Thanks this analysis, I know when I can sell or buy this currency pair in next 12 hours. For example for next week beginning - monday picture with this line

Better to sell pair on 28.11 about 14:00 Moscow Time.

Sometimes less is more... here is my favorite smoothed stochastic and the three trend lines are the 3 Fibonacci #'s... 34 Smoothed MA, 55 smoothed MA and 89 Smoothed MA The Blue/green line is Yang Trader Main.

Here we go with a projection line for next week... Thanks for the tip, taxfreelt about choosing every spectrum peak to generate one composite line from the spaghetti mess of all those cycles together... My times are a little different, owing to the number of bars in the data fed into Timing Solution. Anyway, here goes...

Prices will recover somewhat until Tuesday during the NY session then see a drop through Thursday during the London open. Generally up through 9 am on Friday as the NY session gets going, then drop until the end of trading on Friday. I see this week as a consolidation week with it ending about where it began... no real trend will be established this week, hence the long and short trades instead of a bias with the trend as in the past two weeks.

Specifically....

Sunday Evening at market open, go long.
Monday 16:52 (GMT+2) or 9:52 am EST, close trade, reverse and enter short
Tuesday 04:00 GMT +2 close trade and re-enter long.
Tuesday 19:00 GMT+2 Close long, re-enter short
Thursday 10:00 GMT+2 Close short and enter long
Thursday 19:00 GMT +2 close trade, enter short
Friday 2:30 GMT+2 close short, enter long
Friday 17:00 GMT+2, close long and re-enter short until the close of trading.

Friday is a long way from now on hourly bars so the forecast may fall apart by then. Taxfreelt seems to run the Q spectrum 2 times a day or before entering a trade to get the latest update.... I will keep an eye on that approach this week.

Again, please don't commit real money with this projection, but rather use it as a nudge to reinforce your own due diligence with technical analysis, money management and modest leverage.

... and here is the prediction the way I have been doing it with good results for the past 2 weeks.... just picking out the predominant 3 peaks on the Q Spectrum cycle analysis.

the disadvantage of any Stochastic indicator is the "Divergence" which can occur.
My proposal is to use a "Better Bollinger Band" indicator instead.

I wrote to Sergey about to automate cycles selection in Q-Spectrum. As I understood he will do it in future software versions.

Thanks a lot for your information, can you please provide information about the software? Did you buy it or you are using the Demo version? Also how to get such a figures that you have for the cycles? What is the steps to do that?

Hi Bashar. I have Terra Incognita full version. Q-Spectrum module only in this version. First of all I export 1 hour data from my MetaTrader. Second, I import this data file to Timing Solution.
Third, I start Q-Spectrum module and click Calculate button.

Waiting about 4-5 minutes. Software extract all powerfull cycles at analysis moment from data file and shows all of them like on graph named periodogramm.

I manually highlighting all these cycles and they become prognosis line in future on price chart.

I use this red line not for future exact levels in price , but for time in future when price could change direction. Only for time, not for price levels! Simply put time machine Future line very sensitive to future news on market. Because all these cycles live and the change direction all time. I do this analisys two times a day in morning and in the evening and get prognosis horizont about 10 -12 hours.
