Landline, but the arrows on my charts dont repaint and they appear on the open of the candle not during the candle so when i take a position i know exactly where i am at with that position. The chart next up shows you that sure nothing in forex is plain sailing but it aint impossible - btw your interpretation of doomed is so different to mine if you know what i mean.

Its only stating the obvious thats all moodybot guess we both been round the block a few times lol but i like the semafors they help alot esp when looking at the past history,

Yep, I totally agree
I dont actually use a signal, I just take trades that subsequently show me the current market direction but as you say its a flogged horse.
Interesting to see where this thread goes.
Dean, do your arrows appear at the close of the previous candle, (start of new).. hence no repaint?

OK, I have no issue with your system at all btw, but I don't know if you understood that Olli does not enter on the semaphore ( which is known to repaint... accepted), but he enters on what he calls his reversal candle, which just like your "non-repainting" indicator, is also a" non-repainting" candle!

He knows from that reversal candle exactly (just as you do), where his position is at

Well i will start by saying i know very well that the indicator repaints and we all believe it doomed to fail. But that problem with most of the traders is that they don't see simple easy methods as working they see it as a failure

i can tell you that this system is far better than the useless lagging indicator we all use. more so, the only reason why this is not doomed to fail is that the risk management involve is reasonable and you have to apply that to your trading system even if you are using a non repainting system before you can be successful in Forex trading

Market movements are as a result of human behaviour, so it can take a human mind to crack it. You can have all the indicators and fancy software you want, but you still need a human mind to use them to your advantage.

If you know the long term ongoing trend (anyone going long on USD should surely know a Fed rate hike is due very soon), it's like knowing the ball in the roulette wheel will land slightly more times in red or black than a purely random chance would have it. You don't have to dress up to do Forex, you DO have to pour your own drinks (but save it until after trading) but isn't it all exciting anyway?

Traders have to learn to correctly interpret indicator (if they want t use it) by staring in monitor, spending their own time to learn but unfortunately they expect that someone else do it for them and get upset if not, accusing someone else and indicator if they are not told everything served on plate, like that is someone else obligation.

Well, today is another day all i will be doing todays is to stick with my risk to reward ratio. in ther words i will over look any excess pips even if market move further in my way. Thanks

Ok i am sharing this trading as my first entry today all trade is taken on 4htf, please note that all this trade has is risk involved and no guarantees that it can be favorable. i am sharing it for educational purposes and the way i manage it is at my sole discretion. meaning i can close them, adjust my stops or modify them in any way i deemed fit.

That been said, this is my fifth day making daily profit trading this so call repainting, useless doomed to fail indicator.

Olly there are other systems that can work with less stress go and check out Davits profile and his system its simple and effective - just look at what you put up to the amount of profit, look at the amount of profit verses the loss on a percentage - but hey its your gig Bubba just saying been then when i started out thats all but hey good luck.

laugh out loud , Friend, we are here to help each other and make a better trades. i started 10 years ago and i have created more than 5 profitable system doing this does not mean i don't know what am doing. Trading is not so hard lol anything can make you pips if you know how to use it don't be scared about repainting indicator all it requires is a little brain tasking idea and you are good to go.

In as much as your non repainting indicator also give false or fake signals then what is the difference.

By the way send the link of the tread here i am willing to check it out i dont condemn people i reason along with them. Thanks
