I need a little help from those practicing the "mofu" trading approach
If one is bearish on EURUSD currently, which of the 2 swings would be more appropriate to be used for trading setups? the red one or the yellow one?

Zoom out considerably, get the bigger picture and put the chart you posted into perspective first.

Still I wonder about the 'swing' definition. Can we consider the red swing a valid one in the given time-frame? (or its end point is only part of the yellow swing, but not of the red swing)?

Did my bulk of trading early last year on bounce to 1015 EU and uj drop. Just running a smaller account very agressifly since. I did start a fresh EU long on larger account 0530 against 0510. Thinking ej still needs 129.5 norm. But uj above 112 is toppy. If so EU still could reach 1.2470. Meanwhile a stop at 0515+ has 1.1 in mind. R/r wasnt so bad.
