As I am an amateur Forex trader, I was searching for differences between Forex accounts in Forex brokerage. Some brokers has not Islamic account or swap free but some others has got these type of accounts. What are the benefits of a swap free account in compare with a no swap free account?

Swap is the interest you pay when you hold a position more than a day, every day you pay interest or you get paid some interest if one of the pairs had big interest rate, like AUD/USD.
On the other pairs, most likely you will pay instead of being paid.

Islamic accounts are for Muslim people. In their religion is not allowed to pay interest.

Hope it helps.

{quote} Regulated by whom? Did you u even bother to ask their license number, so you can verify it in the regulatory body if indeed they are? Asking is the first step, verification second.

That is what I found about FX Choice:
FX Choice Limited is authorized and regulated by the IFSC (Licence number: IFSC/60/191/TS/12)
FX Choice Limited registration number: 105,968

Regulation Authority link: IFSC.com

I can't vouch for them though, since I didn't trade with them yet.

We may not be limited much longer. Donald Trump says he will get rid of the Dodd-Frank law. I guess it really depends if Trump can fight through the democrats and liberal nutjob activists judges. If he can get past them, then Trump will eliminate Dodd-Frank.

Dodd-Frank isn't the problem. The CFTC wants to abolish retail forex in the USA. They are the ones that need to be controlled.

No.. Dodd-Frank IS THE REASON why the US retail FX industry has been destroyed.

Not syong Dodd-Frank is not an isue. However, even if completely abolished, there still remains 50:1, no hedging, FIFO and only 2 options as far as US brokers. Eliminating Dodd-Frank will not change any of that.

So our FX trading environment improves but then we have to bail out the banks AGAIN because of greedy Wall St. con artists? That doesn't sound like a viable trade off.

styles2001,

The Dodd-Frank law has been a total JOKE! It hasn't done anything of significance since being implemented. It has left Americans with less freedom, less prosperity and a less stable future. It now has been about 7 years since the Dodd-Frank law was created, and since then the fact is that the big banks are bigger, the small banks are fewer and the economy remains moribund.

As I said, Dodd-Frank is a joke and we need to get rid of it (just as with the majority of the ridiculous laws created - as well as any laws twisted to fit the liberal's sick agenda - during Obama's regime during the past 8 years).
