If the rules are outlined on page 12, why does GB keep pointing us to page 1, post 1? He doesn't actually explain the rules until 12 pages into the thread.

So, to confirm we are waiting for the evo slope to turn green for longs and red for shorts on the close of the renko bar. Then, we set our buy order for long (if green) above the middle donchian line and red (for short) below the middle donchian line. T/P and S/L are 25-50 pips.

Any hard and fast rules in regards to the T/P and S/L?

Also, can the rules be modified for longer-term trades for those of us who have full-time jobs and can't be glued to the charts?

Hi all,

My evolution dochian has a top line and bottom line, no middle line at all. Setting it up on 1 hr candle charts mt4.

Does anyone know how to get the middle line?

you shoud have done below first.
for M1 Chart with this evolution_renko_ea you need for EVERY pair a M1 Chart
- Renko Brick Size (boxsize) = 100
- median renko = true -> this is initial setting is false should shoul set his true
- fixed open on last close = false
- alert after reconnect = false
- Renko Chart Time Frame = 2
- filter wrong Wicks = true
- max M1 bars = 3500
The middle line has now appeared so not to worry.

FX Agency really repaints like mad. Its not the behavior we expect from precise buy/sell signals indi. Moreover, while backtesting it ive noticed that FXAgency "get ready" line follows Donchian lines exactly and its entry lines are placed inside Donchian (probably following some Fibonacci rules, judging from its settings). With this in mind, I guess FXAgency could be easily replaced with Donchian and some confirmation indi like HullMaColor, and adding some global trend filter we might get even more flexible settings and clear logic than FXAgency.

in first i apologies for my poor speaking english
i have a problem with a quantity renko box.
first i opening 1 min chart and run forcehistory data ea and waiting around 20 or 30 min.
next i run evolution renko and set it.
run file and open m2 chart offline and work renko but i can't history data or more than 100 renko box
my main problem with quantity of renko-box history .
in normal chart i have a too candle stick but in renko-box i have a few box
in 1 min chart i have a 2387bar's and n m2 chart i have a 92 bar's
