eu 1185 looks needed .. various possible support near below 1175 1166 56 41/43.. uj 102.21 may strength eu below 1185. gu 3031 probably needed. 2994/75 may be supportive. if usd is bearish those needed numbers may be enough, but with uj having 100 pips of room. those needed may not hold support strong.

That was a good call. I took a small long from 100.59. Thought that it was an area of support even though played a couple times. I got it as a big mid on the monthly chart so made sense as a possible turn. Dont know uj very well, ive read gator talking about the eu pair having a memory. Not sure if it applies to uj in this case. Guess ill find out. Took a short eu 1249 and GU 3106 at the same time. All at be now. Might work or not. Free if not.

pending gu L 2998 subject to raise, stops below 2974..both possible support. i expect 3031 2 be touched or more
pending eu L 1187 that possible support close wise 1176+- may be pretty strong. possible good window 1187/1176
uj 102.21+ or 102.75+ it may be best to let it tire with all the bull talk.. it does have a 113 norm,, but the low may have more room with 67.xx pulling

Do you think that 100.59 norm I got on monthly uj is worth paying attention to? Would love to know if you see it, or dont, or saw it before and now see it as invalid. I was thinking it would be a level you would use but I now I think I'm probably missing an important element here since it doesn't seem like a level you consider. As always, just looking for a bump back towards the right track if I think I maybe drifting off of it.

i am not discounting it. when it went to 103.5+ that was the one i had before a drop. 100.5 was last years norm retrace. 67.xx was missed in 2009.. so this may be its turn tech wise.. st 102.20 102.75 r my norms. we could sit around 100.5 range for years

I would be very happy if this thing went to the 113 norm

Thanks. I need to better understand the role that time plays in this. The mistake I make often is zooming way out to answer questions that I had while zoomed in. Maybe thats what im doing trading daily with the monthly (100.59 is an example). Might be best for me to learn restricted to one time frame. I'll map those levels you mentioned and get a clearer picture of it. Much appreciated.

to me the eu closed last h more bullish over yesterday same h. the gu on the bear side using this last h.. both still above week close.. so odds are gu would be more bearish over a more bullish eu.. maybe i will get closer to eg 87xx today..
meanwhile uj using the same h has closed on the bull side. making me more comfortable with above entries

s/o this one. it's a close support on weekly. so it may come back.. atr supportive area 2920/60 area,, eu still has 1187 probably to reach. uj still has slack higher.

had a pending one here 2924 with a 15 stop.. closed + 5 because eu has more room to 1187. and eg more room to 87xx. that would bring gu lower past my stop

Closed gu short from 3106. Trying some smaller longs from this area. Stops will be at 2895. Also closing uj long for +30ish and eu short for same.

wrong atm, but figured eu had more retrace or i would have longed it already. i had plans to long gu with a smaller one and let it ride. plan atm for eu hasn't reached my threshold. shit happens.. better safe than -15 on gu, closed 2 b safe.

eg to me has .877 in sites.. that's 100 eg pips from atm, its more gu wise. maybe when its reached gu will be easier to rise compared to eu
