Final Notes for all three charts: we are in a strict consolidation still where the daily chart is telling us down but the 1 and 2 hour still have their romars up.

Long: a PSAR flip on the 2 hour to support with the 1 Hour going up as well
Short: ROMAR has to cross EMA on the 1H to become resistance and the PSARs and EMAs on both the 1 and 2 hour have to be resistance

Entered long at 115.205. H2 W had crossed P at 0200 NY bar. Lost 40 pips Entry was per plan

Entered long at 114.74 (9 am GMT) because on both h1 and h2 the market is beyond Romar support and on both charts the market is near BB.

Personally I think the Purple/White cross wasn't good enough for a long entry. The Fibo's were all down, H2 PSAR resistance, H2 EMA resistance. My concern for a short was mainly H2 ROMAR, but price shot right through it at the current candle. Didn't see that one coming..

Looking back, I guess the main indication of a short coming was the DB, which I failed to recognize at the time.

White crossing Purple Up was not enough for the long, that's for sure I believe.

On another note, the 2H EMA/Purple Down was a big indicator of the coming movement. Couple this with the PSAR flip at the same time on the same chart (because of the PSAR flipping AT EMA it was showing something) plus with the fact the Daily setup was the same with the EMA/PSAR... : Market hit Daily ROMAR-Resistance in consolidation and was coming after Daily EMA-Support right after. With Daily 4 horsemen being in the down and 2H aligned down(EMA/Purple and ready for the flip with EMA/PSAR) it allowed to breach daily EMA along with 2H ROMAR because the Daily had the control with its horsemen. Daily EMA breaching was envisageable.

Also the fibo was down on the 2H (turned last week). At open and for the evening we were just above the 38,2 and below the central pivot while consolidating. 2H showing EMA/Purple was my entrance into that move. I took the entry yesterday around 22:00. I let it ride all night and T/P this morning at 114,588.

Also : EMA/MACD arrows were both on 2H and Daily... EMA arrows means market was riding under EMA and tried a couple times breaching up.

At least it's what I saw.

The trade was off the Daily ROMAR. Just like it was on the 6th, when Dove responded. I believe it was 6319.

On H1 Purple has now crossed EMA with PSAR being support, but 4 horsemen and EMA are in a tight slider with EMA signals changing from up to down and back.

Yes, that was the trade indeed, with the touch on H2 PSAR and Daily ROMAR. Then there was a 40 pip room to ROMAR support. Too bad I missed that one while I was sleeping. I like to think I would've seen it when I watched the charts at that time, but not quite sure I would. Still not trading in the moment, but I feel slowly I will get there. Babysteps.

Edit: For such a trade to get in right at the PSAR touch in the middle of a candle, you need to be watching the charts all the time and I only watch them every 2 hours or on the hour. So for me personally this trade wouldn't have been possible.

Very nice trade, congrats!

This was my 20/40 pip trade from yesterday. Decided to go for 20 pips because that would be at Daily Smooth resistance, where market stopped at previous candle. The 40 stop was to get me behind H2 support. The PSAR on H2 had just flipped to support with 4 horsemen in uptrend and H2 ROMAR was acting as support the last few candles. With opening at H2 ROMAR and H1 Smooth there was confluence for the long.

- On H2 the Fibo is still green, but both H1 and Daily having red Fibo.
With H1/H2 both in uptrend and Daily in downtrend this is a tough situation. Going long at or above Daily ROMAR, where the market is now, is something I will not consider. Even though H1/H2 are saying uptrend the risk for a retrace is too big. Market is going sideways for the last 5 hours since it reached the recent high. With the retrace from H2 from the divergence and H1 market opened at White I will wait out this situation.

Long: If the market retraces heavily into H1/H2 support with both horsemen still pointing up for uptrend, I will consider a long when there is enough room to Daily ROMAR.
Short: Looking at the Daily chart short would be a good option, but H1/H2 have a long way of setting up for a short. Will consider a short when H1 PSAR flips and H2 is showing signs for a turnaround.

6.20 GMT - Top SAR attachment on Daily chart right at PSAR. With PSAR in strength as it is nowhere near EMA and market above Daily ROMAR resistance, I decided to pull the trigger for a 40/40 trade.
