Yes with this analysis I used the weekly, daily and 4hr. But at the weekly and 4hr the zones were the most clear in my opinion.

I see what you see.
However, watch the daily. The Daily SZ is still in control and the weekly is yet to turn up.

So this trade whilst within valid parameters, is a bit on the aggressive side of normal.

I have it on my radar though. I have had it on the radar for several days. I think I posted a chart about it some time back, describing the poor arrival into the daily DZ as a concern due to nearby supply. That supply is still holding price down and stopping clear, big rallies.

Just had a look at your notes about the lower zone.

Whilst you are correct the lower one did not remove any demand zone, think about what went on in that zone for price to fall.

There are always only 2 sides to the equation as the methodology sees it, supply and demand. One side of that equation became zero for price to have fallen from that level, in this case demand became zero at that level so prices fell.
What is left behind therefore is nothing but sell orders.

Now, how many sell orders are left?
Will they be enough to cause a significant enough decline in price if one sells at that level?

these and more are the questions the trader has to ask him/herself.

Because price barely touched the zone and fell away from it.

But if this weekly demand zone holds, it will probably remove these daily supply zones?
Since the weekly is the bigger timeframe and may change the trend, because it's an external force.

Newtons first law of motion adapted to Trends:
Every Trend in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion until an external force (An opposing larger timeframe zone) is applied to it.

Correct Pipsalon.

The big word in what you stated is "If".

There are 2 ways to take the trade.

One is to assume the weekly will hold and so take the trade

The second is to assume the weekly will hold but wait to see if it does before taking the trade.

Neither approach is incorrect. One is just more aggressive than the other

Hi Akt,
Your style of trading SAD is accurate and meticulous. I hang onto every word you say and read and re-read to make sure I understand the charts. A webinar would help tremendously. I would like to know your thoughts on consolidation. Let's say the price is sitting at Base after a Rally Base scenario. How do you tell if the price is most likely to Rally or Drop? Also how do you determine if Supply or Demand is in control?
