I just did a few BT using your setting on M30 EURUSD within a 90% modelling quality.

My backtests are just to test the functionality of the EA, not to make it holy grail! There is no guarantee that the settings would be profitable.

I´m not criticizing your EA or your EA settings. I´m just posting the results that I´ve got using the last version and the last setting that you have posted.

if you really want to know how it works you need to test in real account with small deposit, like $100 in cent account.
and like MathTrader said, dont expect holy grail in forex, at some point EA will fail because the market condition change.

So if the BT doesn´t mean anything, what´s the point of doing it? Or if sometimes it means anything and sometimes don´t, how do you separate the times that it means and the times that it doesn´t?

BT with a high quality modelling is the only way to test if a EA works or not. You will need years of real cent account testing to decide if the EA it worth to invest a nice amount of money.

To be clear, I´m not expecting the holy grail from this EA or from any other, and I never criticized Mathtrader work. I´m just posting the results of the EA with a 90% modelling quality, nothing else than that.

So now you may start your forward tests .... demo or live what ever you want mate !!! Do it ... or leave it it's your choice ... so: no offense - noone will force you to use this EA !

So now it´s wrong updating the BT results? LOL.

As I said you will need years in demo or real to prove that any EA works in long term periods...I won´t do it until I get a good result in BT testing it from many years...so no offense, you may start posting your BT results as well.
Noob question, please teach me.

I keep doing BTs, some do wonderfully and many others go bust right at the end, why?

That's funny

Model quality dont really matter... BT just gives u an idea of how it will perform.

Run the ST, find a setting it comes up with, then back test it from year 2001 in groups of 3 years... then run it for the entire span of years to current date.. what ever setting it gives you for your lot sizes, or what ever, reduce it.. then forward test it.

I did over 4 weeks of BT, now im live, and up 4.1k now, just doing 0.03 lots at 100$ TP

I think If we based on BT with N/a or 59,58% (My BT result) modern quality it's not good

Beside BT to test how the EA work. We must test result of EA for a long time
+ Modern quality >90% good MT4 data, BT EA for good result ---> This EA for sell ^^

First i would like to thank you for sharing this wonderful EA. I noticed that the first martingale position is equal to the initial lot. Is there a setting to make the 1st martingale equal to initial lot multiplied by martingale multiplier. Thank you very much.

Version 1.75 of the EA released (I updated Post 1).
- Anti-martingale function is removed due to the bugs that I will fix in the next versions.
- MA Over trade logic was removed.
- Move to Break Even was removed.
- Trailing Stop is now implemented.
- A new section opened for general filters that apply to all trading strategies, if they are enabled.
- ADX filter added to the general filters section.

Hi DerBerliner,

Due to some bugs in the anti-martingale code, I removed this feature in this version. I will fix and add this feature back in the next versions.
Do you need MA Over trade logic?
