Favorite time zone for trading

i live in New York but my favorite time to trade is the Japanese session because i find that my trading system works the best during that time. I was curious what you guys prefer and where you're located.

I Live Work and Trade on the EST, but an intresting fact about the Japanese trading times, Lunch Time during the Japanese trading sessions tend to decrease market participation more than in anyother trading session

Well you may have noticed I trade mostly cable, so the London session is the time for me. I live in Utah, USA, so I get up at midnight to trade until about 9:00 am my time... Then I usually just keep track of the market.
