Hello daksgtrade - I am happy that this information is useful for you. To be honest, the truth is that this body of knowledge that I use in this approach for analysis and trading can literally take up a person's lifetime to discover, study, understand and be able to apply towards trading. I myself have spent 20+ years researching different ideas and areas of Science. I am no different than any other trader here on FF. I have gone through the same path, looking at indicators, software, 'trading guru's', etc., etc. Based upon my own experience, I believe the 'answers' reveal themselves, when the 'student' is ready to receive them, even if that process spans many years. As traders, we start out in the 'dark' and we look outside ourselves for some 'light' (ie: indicators, systems, special charts, etc.) to help us. But if you start out in a 'dark' room, no matter how wide you open up your eyes, looking outward trying to find light, the only thing that you will see... is darkness. That where all traders, including myself started, and perhaps continue. However, while you are in that 'dark' room, instead of trying to strain and open your eyes up as wide as possible, in hopes of seeing even the faintest glimpse of light, how about closing your eyes and seeing if the 'light' comes from within? - All this sounds pretty heavy, crazy and 'out there', but as a practical man and trader, I can tell you that there are important ideas in the analogy that I have just described to you. I think it would be valuable to think deeper about that analogy. I believe that our famous Mr. William Delbert Gann spent many years of his life taking a look at many different areas of Science, Philosphy and Religion, and only when he 'closed his eyes' and looked within, did some of the Keys reveal themselves to him. Obviously I don't know that this is what actually happened with Mr. Gann, but I believe it may have gone that way, based upon my own 20+ years journey. It's also very important to realize that Mr. Gann finally 'discovered' and 'saw' his keys across several different areas of Science. In other words, Mr. Gann did not just use Angles and Geometry, Mr. Gann did not just use Astrology, Mr. Gann did not just use Mathematics, etc. I believe that Mr. Gann finally understood that it is a combination of different Sciences that are required to effectively have some consistent degree of success trading the markets. I also believe that this 'journey' and 'process' also happened with other successful traders, such as R.N. Elliott, Wykoff, Livermore, Lindsay, etc. So, to summarize my log answer to your question, you will find no *single* book, 'guru' or system out there that will give you the necessary Keys. You will have to explore multiple areas of Science, Religion and Philosophies. I am happy to share some of that knowledge here on this Forum. Also there are the other Great Contributors here on this Forum thread, that also post extremely valuble information and Insights - please pay close attention to their posts. And yes, it will take many years of hard work and study. But I can assure you of one thing, that if you do go down that journey, like others have, then one day You and I can face each other, Open our Eyes and Smile....

I have been posting here for 7 years now, on and off, and it has been a while since we had any meaningful progress here. Hopefully you can shine your light on this topic and bring some new light.
You say that your study took you 20 years, but weather you study 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 years it will come to you when it finds you, or not of course. Some will never find it.

What you are saying about Gann is exactly right. Most people think he did something with angles and a square of 9, but that is just a small piece of a very large puzzle. Gann used science and math to come to his findings and the lines and squares were just aids.

Mr Gann did use astrology, but astrology is not astrology is not astrology. In other words there are different fields of astrology like mundane, horary, sun, birthchart etc. and you need to know all these different fields to tell the difference in what Gann and others are saying. If not you will apply different techniques in the wrong way and it won't work. Then there is numerology and the great law of vibration. You can't use one without the other. But then again, what method of numerology are we supposed to use? Chaldean, Pythagorean, and that what Sepharial used?

So many questions and so few answers....

I had a PM with a question about 7 x 7 = 49.

This has to do with Joseph and the Pharaoh's dream. Joseph is describing periods of plenty and periods of poverty.

The number 7 has many meanings, there were 7 planets at the time. People say 7 visible planets, but there is evidence that Uranus was known to the ancients as well.
Ouranos they used to call him and he mated with Gaia, which Saturn did not appreciate, but you can brush up on your mythology a little to read that for your self.

7 is also tied to the planet mercury and in numerology 7 is the number for the moon at night, Chaldean that is.

Anyway, I am drifting off.

If you look at the 7 year cycle you will see that these are years of panic almost always with a significant stockmarket drop, also you may see great concern over deceases like West-nile, Ebola, Zika etc. and elaborate measures are taken where normally there would not be any concern.

So that is the significance of 7.

The story of Joseph can be found in Genesis 41. Gann called the bible the most significant book for his studies!
Hint: Whenever the bible speaks of dreams or wisdom it is usually a key to a broader meaning.

I was also asked for a forecast on GBPUSD.
I gave a very accurate forecast on GBPJPY and have closed my shorts a while ago.

I now see that we are on a crossroad with GBPUSD. This is not the time to jump in. Gann said to confirm the trend which is what we have to do now.
It looks like it wants to recover, just like EURUSD. It may go very fast till the end of October then retrace a little to be bullish again till the years end.
However, there is no confirmation for that yet, so we will keep on following this.

Hello Ilovepippin - nice to 'meet' you - I have read many of your posts with interest over the past few years on this thread. I am particularly intrigued by your comments on Astrology and Numerology. Your mention of the different fields of Astrology that different people use is spot on, in that the many different systems out there can produce different results and conclusions. In my prior post pertaining to my introductory comments on the Science of Astrotheology (Prisca Theologia), I alluded to the fact that this area of science deals with the concept of Polarities, but it also is used as a 'Common Context' or 'Steady Gyroscope'. What I meant by this, if we are dealing with multiple pieces of information taken from all 4 areas of the Sciences that use, then we are dealing with multiple Cycles, Planetary Movements, Numerical Information, all taken from Multiple Different Time Epochs in the past, as well as taken from the current Time Epoch, and our job is to Forecast for some Future Time Epoch. But having so many different Astrological Systems to choose from, severely distorts the Harmonic and Mathematical Correlations and Connections between these measurements of the past, measurements of the present and projections of the future. Astrotheology or the more historic name of ' The Prisca Theologia' means "The Holy Science" or the "Primary Science" and its origins come directly from the Ancient Egyptians and the Science, Philosophy and View of the Universe that they used. Essentially, it is the 'One" or 'Primary' Framework to compare all these different measurements against. "Prisca Theologia" is Absolute, Immutable, Fixed and Eternal. Any analysis of the collected Data Points taken from the Past, and the Present can now be *correctly* correlated and projected into the Future, by using the Grand Blueprint of the "Prisca Theologia" as a Backdrop.

Its 5.30 Est and E. stands at 1.1307 having made a high of 1.1331.
I have the impression that this is a significant top with long term consequencies.
I suppose you have noticed that 5.27 is FM [FullMoon] and an Eclipse too...
Also on 16 Aug. we had Sun 120 Huranus and Venus conj. Node and Sun crossing 144* [LineA]
On 17 Aug. Venus 120* Pluto BUT all these waited for the Lunar Eclipse to complete the picture.
Very overextended situation. Enjoy the ride.

The Great Science of Periodicity has shown the 'Form' of Volatility for the EUR/USD that I mentioned in my post yesterday, to be Strong, with a Negative Polarity and its 'Form' suggests it should begin to kick in later today/tonight, possibly sometime around 19:00 EDT (GMT -4) that's an approximation only, on the time, but the other characteristics about being Strong and Negative Polarity are more clearly seen in its 'Form'.

Authors of books on this subject, if they have found how to trade with planets, why write books ? They are not profitable ?

Because some people like to write.

Can this thread be specific to trading rather showing hate for a specific religion without knowing the reality and having zero knowledge of history/religion. Kindly focus on trading.

EUR/USD - Recap of Week of 8-14-2016 - Forecast vs Actual:

Forecast Critique:
Forecasted Overall Direction was not correct this week with EUR/USD having an UP Week. There was an Inversion this week with the three Forecasted days of interest (Monday 8/15, Thursday 8/18 and Friday 8/19) all had their forecasted polarities inverted. Monday 8/15 was forecast to be the Weekly High, however it turned out to be the Weekly Low. Because this was an Options Expiration Week, we were alerted to be on the lookout for an Accelerated Version of the Forecasted Cycle. Thursday 8/18 was the forecasted day of interest to be on the lookout for a Weekly Low if the Accelerated Cycle kicked in. The Accelerated Cycle did in fact kick in, however instead of Thursday 8/18 being the Weekly Low, Thursday 8/18 turned out to be the Weekly High - another inversion of in Polarity. Finally, in the event the Accelerated Cycle kicked in, then the third forecasted day of interest was Friday 8/19 which was forecast to be an intermediate bounce High off of the forecasted Accelerated Cycle Weeekly Low on Thursday 8/18. Instead Friday 8/19 was an intermediate Low bouncing down off of Thursday's Actual Accelerated Cycle Weekly High - another inverted polarity. Forecasted Price Levels were substantially off from the forecasted levels due to the Inversion of Polarities. Also, the forecasted 'Form' of Volatility that was mentioned on Wednesday Evening and again on Thursday morning, which was forcasted to begin approximately 19:00 EDT (GMT -4) on Thursday 8/18. The characteristics of this expected Volatility Wave's 'Form' suggested it would be Strong and have Negative Polarity. The Actual timing of this forecasted Volatility Wave actually started a bit earlier on Thursday 8/18 at around 16:00 EDT (GMT-4), however its Actual Strength turned out to be much weaker according to the actual Price Action from Thursday evening into Friday's session. Thereofore the forecasted timing of the Volatility Wave was relatively accurate, but not exact. And the forecasted Volatility Strength was not accurate, with the resulting actual Muted Price action on Thursday night into Friday. In summary, the EUR/USD market this week exhibited an Accelerated Cycle with Inverted Polarities at all three points of interest this week. Forecasted Price Levels were inaccurate due to the Polarity Inversions. The forecasted Volatility Wave kicked in relatively close to the forecasted time on Thursday evening, however its forcasted Strength was not accurate. All these anomoaies this week therefore rendered this week's forecast to fall substantially short of the expected accuracy levels. As a point of information for other traders, one week each month is an Options Expiration week. Historically Options Expiration weeks are notoriously difficult to accurately forecast. In part this is due to the fact that not only are the *Natural* Forces that drive the Weekly Market Cycles acting on Traders and the Markets, but also *Man-Made* Forces are also simultaneously acting on Traders and the Markets. These Man-Made Forces are actually the Options that the Traders hold in their portfolio. During Options Expiration week, as Friday (expiration day) approaches, those Traders will usually need to close, exercise, or reverse those Options Positions. This adds a lot of extra Man-Made Force in the Market and can cause interference with the Natural Cycles in play. This makes Options Expiration Weeks particularly tricky to forecast.
