Hi!

I've been testing this EA in the "open price mode" and it always profitable in the 4H TF, sometimes even with 500 bucks...of course there is a bigger risk there, but it works.
The point here seams to be the settings (duh...) for me never less then 2000usd and never more then 0.01lots. 4H TF is the best. All the rest is you.
Here is an example: 100% in a year...

When the net (total) profit of all open positions goes below minus the value the user have set for Net SL (money), the EA closes all the open positions.

Hi mate ! Yes, to trust one's guts - the H4 seems to me the best TF from the same beginning of the tests !

Concerning your BTs - what about other pairs ?

Version 1.55 of the EA released (I updated Post 1). In this version the user can set the EA to close all the open positions based on an exponential decay of profit target with respect to the number of positions. There is now two first-trade time intervals to set. And finally the Martingale multiplier can be set up to 3.0.

Hallo!

Yes, I've test it on several pairs...even exoctics! I've found that GBPUSD gives the worst return... This EA seams to be better ($) pairs that have AUD, NZD, JPY included.

Man ! You got with GBPUSD in a year 100% !! What are the better pairs doing

They give more than 100s% ? The DDs are ... ?

In all of those strategy tests the SL is 0 and the TP is 10 for example. So when does the EA closes the trade there? When the TP is -10?
The net SL I found and use already, I was just wondering about those tests?

When SL is set to zero, the EA closes all the open positions when the target profit is reached.

Until Dynamic Lot sizing becomes available I suggest all testers to set NET SL (money) = Initial Deposit.

It will assure that "lucky timing" of the backtest would not give misleadingly nice - i.e. self-deceiving - profit curves.

There is no error, my test was performed from 2010.01.08 up to 2016.06.30. Yours uses a different start and end dates for the backtest. Besides, it is MARTINGALE! There is no guarantee that any input settings makes the EA to be profitable all the time.

your EA without martingale is a profit system or not?
i thnk that if a test is good from 2012 at 2016 why doensnt work from 2010\2016?
