Probably some nice retraces as profit taking on UJ at this RDL and 101.000 key level especially on this Friday, but we shall see as USD shows strong weakness........

Thank god for FIFO That winner could have quickly become a loser.

Reasons for trade:
- Break of dragon
- Momentum

There is something to be said about watching a momentum candle form. When I saw the green momentum candle form, I felt as though there was at least enough momentum for a +5.

UJ looks like it may range for the rest of the day. It's on a daily level. That may be it for me unless we can break out of this range.

Yep, FIFO has saved my butt many times and sure lots have left on the table at times, but quick pips banked works for me......Nice Quick Trade....

Even though my trades have been sparse as of late. I would still like to thank you for putting this thread together. What is taught here is a gold mine if the time and effort is put in. I'm building more confidence day by day and getting over my fear of pulling the trigger.

I know it's just a small sample size, but I would like to share my results so far since I've started PVSRA Scalping.

Thanks for the kind words and always happy to hear a success story such as yours. Yes, I do remember some of your earlier posts where you stated that you were lacking in confidence, but you have made an excellent turn around...

I feel that we have offered all of the tools, posted chart examples, comments and trade explanations to help anyone willing to dedicate themselves to our PVSRA scalping system here for all to observe, ask questions and learn.

When I hear comments such as yours, it validates and gives me confidence that we are on the right path to helping all that are willing to do the work and join our PVSRA scalping group.

Everything you need is here in this thread. Start at Post #1 and go through the pages as that is how everyone here started. I realize that you are having problems with our English and your translator, but I cannot offer more help then what is posted.

Me too. I have made some money catching news sometimes, but I have lost more money than I have made, so now I just wait until it calms down.

Yes, it's part of the learning curve that most traders go through until they find their niche and what works for them. I have had plenty of failed experiences through the years, but I have found "It's not how you fall but how you get up" that makes a seasoned trader and keeps you in the game.

I look back at those experiences not so much as a mistake but as learning what not to do again....therefore, turning lemons into lemonade......

Brazilian-Portuguese is my first language as well, so you can PM me if you have any problems with translations.
I think it will be difficult for Google Translate to do the right translation since a lot of terms we use
here are abbreviations.

Good Morning and I have a QUESTION for all?? ;

A few years back I scalped tick charts, primarily 70 & 133 ticks but not with our PVSRA system. I have been playing around with the idea of TESTING ONLY for our FIFO scalps, (not deviating from our current PVSRA charts except the candles) a tick chart (feed) with our current PVSRA charts.

As most know, our current candles are time based ie., a 15 minute candle will have many different trades up and down, unseen by the trader inside of that candle made during that 15 minute time period. Then after 15 minutes a new candle is formed where as a 70 tick chart will not move to another tick until 70 trades have been made which, in a fast market with good momentum, will quickly show the trader if these trades are Bullish or Bearish trades not time based and waiting for a new candle to appear.

I am by no means a analyst nor do I have any coding knowledge but just a trader . I am curious to see our current PVSRA chart overlay with 70 or 133 ticks, in lieu of our PVSRA candles, HA's or regular candles to see if more information is provided by the SM working in conjunction with our Dragon (50 ema & 200 ema) and volume.

I have always encouraged all here to think OUT OF THE BOX as to any new ideas as long as we stay true to our PVSRA scalping system.

I am wondering if ticks, indicating bullish/bearish trades would work in conjunction with our volume to help us gleam additional insight as to the Smart Money's intentions, therefore providing an additional edge by not waiting for a candle close for entries and exits.......

This is just a thought and I am sure some here have had more tick chart trading experience then me. I found an old tick chart indicator that will allow tick charts to be opened offline, but it is old and will not work with our current MT4 Build. I have seen a few around the net and old FF threads, but they only provided a tick chart and no option to overlay our PVSRA charts. Some trading platforms provide ticks as an option but regretfully not MT4 as we must do a indicator work around.

I would appreciate any discussion on this topic with those experienced with tick scalping/trading and/or suggestions were I/WE can find a tick indicator that we can test with our current PVSRA chart and indicators.

Just to be clear, I am not suggesting to change our current PVSRA system but only playing with this tick idea......

All Comments welcomed as always and any trader with knowledge of a tick indicator that will work with our PVSRA charts and not as a stand alone that could provide that information will be appreciated....

Could one use Range Bar charts since these are price based NOT time based ?

An example by one poster called "Divergence" illustrates the use of the Range bar,

Thanks for the reply..... Possibly.....I have had no experience trading rage bars only ticks other then HA's, regular candles and of course our PVSRA candle set but always open to new ideas. If you have that indicator your welcomed to upload here for a test.

When I decide to test an idea, I like to run that chart on a separate monitor and observe for an edge vs. our PVSRA current set up. To date I have not found a better candle set working in conjunction with our volume then what we have now. But....?

I have seen these and attempted to contact MathTrader7 with no luck. I am a little cautious in installing some tick indies or other oldies out there as one I tried locked up my MT4 and I had to re-install all again.......it did not work with MT4 Build 988.....

That's why I was asking if someone here currently was using a tick indie successfully....

The range bars also look somewhat promising and worth taking a look.....experienced trader comments welcomed......

i have also tried MathTrader7's EA, and it shows "removed"error too.

Then, i found another indicator here:

It can generate offline chart successfully on MT4 Build 991,
But it is a commercial product with 15 days free trial.
Hope this indicator can work perfectly with PVSRA system.

Thanks for the above info....

Since turnip15 mentioned range bars, I been looking around a bit and they seem to have potential as well. I would like to find a Range Bar indicator that is not an EA but a indicator so as not to conflict with our OrderOnChart EA.

I have zero experience with range bars but after reading some information it appears that they might work well with our system in re., momentum and S & R with less noise.......I usually find Sunday here in the US, although a quiet session, OK for testing purposes prior to London and NY open........Anyone with Range Bar experience is welcomed to jump in with your experience and insights......

I guess the only thing to do is to wait until the Mkt opens, throw them on a PVSRA chart minus the candle set and see......
