So that's what I did. (Perhaps this will also help those less experienced who still seem to be struggling to get a handle on it). I opened 5 charts on the H1 TF. Bars, not candles. All green - no up or down colours. ZERO distractions. I marked up the H1 High first, settled down with the first of many cups of tea and simply watched the price on the H1 chart as it would move through that line, pause and then move back down through. That was the light-bulb moment. No 15min chart...no 5min chart...H1 a line and a price. As the Open moved higher or lower, I'd adjust accordingly if needed and then just follow it through the day. Noting how many times it went up through...came back down...went up through...came back down. Hypnotic. Mesmerizing. The next day I added the Low open and repeated the process. The next I put the two together...and that was it, it all clicked into place. Not once did I leave those H1 charts. Just repeat, repeat, repeat. Then I read Post #1 again. In another lifetime, I was a professional placekicker in American Football and I understand and embrace the concept of repetition and muscle memory - this is no different. I now coach other kickers - deconstruct and rebuild. Get stronger. My partner is a MuayThai fighter - exactly the same - practice the same kick 1,000 times. There are no shortcuts in life. Put in the work - success will come. Then read post #1 again lol (I also - as said before - use an earlier, simpler, indicator and especially prefer to move the chart TF on the same tab. This has a secondary benefit in that I can scan the bottom of the screen and when I see one is on the M15/M5 or M1 TF, then I know that a trade is either running on that pair or being keyed up).
