Hi Again,

I have both a MICRO & ZERO account now, thanks.

I logged into both on MT4.
To me the SPREADS look very SIMILAR?

Is it perhaps that when I take a trade there is no SPREAD?

Dear KevinSt9,

There are spreads on XM Zero but they are much lower than on Micro or Standard accounts. I have checked just now and spreads on major pairs such as EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY are just of several fractional pips.

Please note that average spreads for XM Zero account are posted on this page.

I am pretty sure the zero spreads are completely different, check my screenshot = http://www.photoshar.in/xm-zero-spreads

Thanks, it appears to be a bit lower, I think I should monitor the spreads to see if it can compete with Pepperstone. I really hope it does! Would like to see another pair that I trade USDZAR's spread, I hope it goes below 65 pips. I like both XM & Pepperstone, its now down to who has the lowest spread :-)

Saw this thread from beginning....xm claim don't hv charge commission...why my account hv!!! I email few time regarding ask why hv charging me commission every time I trade .but not reply at all !!....if add the spread and commission ur charging me than can be said is more expensive than other ..

Dear neilson1312,

The account you have is XM Zero Account. The commission for the XM Zero Account is $5 per $100,000 traded. The commission fee is deducted from the account during the opening and the closing of the transaction ($10 per round turn lot).

If you want to avoid paying commissions, you may want to consider opening a new Micro or Standard Account.

wow it was so fast I take part in 2nd round of contest and win a prize not big one but ok and you people credit cash as soon as round finish and I with draw some of it no issue

I won a ticket to the semifinal and a good prize in round 2 made a withdrew request but still pending

Guys, if you're trading CFDs, keep in mind that last week XM changed their margin requirements formula.
As of August 1, the margin requirement for CFDs will be calculated based on margin percentages rather than on a fixed margin.
Here are the differences between the two formulas:
Old Margin Formula = Lots * Initial Margin
New Margin Formula (as of August 1, 2016) = Lots * Contract Size * Opening Price * Margin Percentage

if XM could speed up the withdrawal process a bit, it would be a better broker. my withdrawals take a complete 24 hours to be done, regardless when I submit a withdrawal.
its like the guy in the back office works only 1 hour per day. Just today I submit a withdrawal funds at 1am on monday, that is before they get to work and its 4:00pm now and my withdrawal is still pending, thats 15 hours. slowest broker I have seen so far when it comes to withdrawal.
