Here are a few tips gained after a lot of constant screen time. Don't laugh at this. 
If you suffer from red, itchy or sore eyes there are a few things that will surely help:
Firstly a handy free application called f.lux which reduces blue light off the monitors.

Another good free App to dim the screen at night is:

Also, I recommend drinking carrot juice, eating sweet potatoes and the occasional liver for the vitamin A content which I do feel like it makes a difference.
Finally, try and use dark background chart templates. It's much easier on the eye.

Looks like a missed a good NFP today.. 
I've been reading the Geppy challenge thread and interesting to see Steve Patt on there.
There was a very very good UCAD setup today. Notice how a cheeky H4/H1 demand formed off 1.30 just after spiking those lows.
After the H1 demand was successfully tested, this one was a screaming buy.
Looks good on the daily now for move higher.

You could make a number of arguments for lower TF PA and some fakout of S/R but here's the reason why it dropped at that exact location (in my reckoning).
Very bizarre how price can tap a freshly formed D1 zone to the pip but I see this happen every now and again (maybe once every month or two)
Always worth to check the daily for this type of zone. I miss these every time.....
