This is usually what happens when a 3 months supply imbalance gains control, this is a 3 months supply and demand analysis for NZDCAD
3 months supply took control and price reacted strongly to it creating a monthly downtrend and 3 months downtrend + 3 months bearish engulfing pattern, short bias as explained in previous analysis.

Monthly supply imbalance under attack on Nasdaq index, that monthly level was already taken out on S&P 500 index and SP e-mini. Potential daily demand demand being created, daily demand lower, long bias.

Misread your question...I view the area as demand as it caused the break of the downtrend line. It is true, the area did not take out an opposing supply area (yet). Correct me if I'm wrong..

Please indicators are not allowed in the charts, please remove your post, you must read the rules of this thread, no indicators allowed. We trade supply and demand, no need of bollinger bands, or rsi. Could you please remove your post and upload upload proper charts?

Sorry for breaking the rules I have read them more carefully now and removed my previous post.
So can you please help ?) As I saw above a few others are also concerned with NZDUSD.
On the weekly I saw 20 ema which is in the area of a turncoat zone as a great support in the bullish market, on the daily the demand turncoat zone seemed really good to me however there is also a turncoat area of supply
.On the 4h currently the price is also going in an uptrend an dojis near the gray area of demand proof that the demand exists there, however im really confused if the trade is valid or not?

EURAUD monthly and weekly demand imbalances. Brand new daily demand zone created and triggered. Attached chart belongs to one of the community members who took the new daily demand formed in EURAUD level. Long bias on new demand levels.
