got filled on the uj short 106.447 with 105.500 as target though...

Long on EU looks a bit tempting, but this 4H ( London TF ) not letting me will wait till the end of the hour

Edit 15.28 that's what i needed to cover the short from 1054 at 0995 Pending long at 87

I think you have the best entry possible for any long attempt. You are targeting 1.1115 and 1.1210 I imagine. Of course 1.1060 challenge first.

will close this long at 1.1013 if we get there or at stop 68 and re enter

Edit if it go above 1018 without me the challenge is at 10 73 i guess

i knew about lower court ruling would stand. supreme court can take a case w/o or before a lower court ruling. so its possible there would not be a lower court ruling beforehand.

i asked in discussion because neither front runner is liked. it could be another ross perot moment. w/o 270.. it is a possible crises.

Agree. Could be a huge crisis if that happened.

But I don't think it could go to the Supreme Court directly (unless you think 'other public ministers' means the POTUS, although from the context it doesn't seem so).

Article III, Section 2 says

In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make

Downward momentum looked convincing today I was almost sure chopmode is over, still holding shorts @ 1045 with SL @ BE ... will most likely get burned, still worth a shot though... Every attempt that gets below 1000 and closes below are very bearish... Possible rally to 109xx is a brilliant reload opportunity for the downside
