Awesome trade. Good Work! I've been monitoring EU as well but I did not see a good opportunity to enter a trade. Was it a specific level, HTF, or retest that gave you the confidence to enter this trade?

Daily and M15 were the key I think.

Also DX bullish action and USD generally bullish breakout across the majors.

Not only did we have daily and H4 in alignment, we had a slam dunk H1 PA form..

I think you were right to be cautious yesterday. My initial entries were a bit early on the ECN and we'rent backed up with solid PA.. I was starting to get a bit concerned price might head up to retest the zone.

These can be ok but remember they are counter trends trades at this moment (going against a confirmed daily, H4 direction).

Kiwi was the pair most overdue a bounce out of the majors and looks good atm for a scalp and maybe even a run towards the H4 zone. Not my cup of tea but not saying it's a bad trade.
Any thoughts on UJ?

Bearish DAILY engulf on EU 2 days ago showed the commitment. Then we had a retrace up it yesterday, then at roughly 50% up the body of the daily engulf candle, you should be looking for bear pa on LTF in the direction of the commitment. Having said that i didn't take this EDIT - i did take it ... just found it on a diff account... i feel like i can comment again

Take a look at the AUDUSD scalps C-12 and I posted above.... they're exactly the same method (well mine was anyway).

I get worried about Yen pairs at those obvious levels. It tends to burn me. Altho Nikkei also hitting supply.

Yeah, I hate this pair with a passion... Will see on this one. Interesting area on the weekly.

Out of GU... Yesterday's shorts got taken out for BE as couldn't stomach an overnight hold.

Managed to bag this and got 130 pips out of it.

I'm thinking H4 traders shorting on touch would already be in this trade since circa July 14th with a stop above the zone.

For confirmation trading, although that pair of bear candles (from last Friday's close I believe) looked quite enticing they closed right on an area prime for support (yellow line). This week's opening gap has confirmed that support on this TF. Personally I don't see any confirming PA on H4 to load up shorts just yet, so for this TF at least, based on current situation, it'd be a no trade for me.

Might be a bit more interesting - perhaps similar situation to Oz yesterday? For me, there's two areas to keep an eye on, the fresh supply at 106.398, and this minor swing point at 106'ish (small yellow line).

Again, this is a pair I don't trade but will keep an eye on it for some follow through.

On a long term perspective, with a pitchfork on the UsdJpy daily chart you can see that it's been in a downtrending channel.
The huge bearish engulf bar 18 days ago is currently being challenged.
