New levels of supply created on gbpjpy on the way down. Monthly, weekly and daily timeframes are down, H4 as well. Short bias on new supply zones, a few are available.

Anybody looking to short this currency pair?

hi alfonso, I have been following your tutorials and sharing in the community which help a lot. I have some questions regarding to the rules.

First of all, should we consider a inherited demand as a level or merely a demand? Can we set and forget counter trend trades at fresh inherited levels?
Second, does CP pattern necessary to contain 50% candles (there are exceptional case which were shown in tutorial video)? If not, how can we locate those levels with no 50% candles?

My friend, what you are asking requires a whole webinar, impossible to explain to you in words in a few sentences. There are rules for everything you are asking, your questions look simple but they require a very long explanation and full understanding of how all the rules are put together in a puzzle. It's just impossible to reply to your questions in a few words, it would require many examples and a whole webinar, sorry There are specific rules for all that, that's the positive thing, but very long to explain.

In the grey area there is one continuation pattern of demand but the bias was shorts so it was not tradable.

Hi Alfonso,

Great work you have done/ are doing here!

Two questions if I may, please:
1. In the chart below (gold weekly), is the supply area (at 1) drawn correctly (both bullish and bearish candles are strong and formed a bearish engulfing pattern, however neither one is a basing candle)?
2. Although the supply area (if drawn correctly, at 1) did not cause the removal of the swing low (at 2, area of demand), when it finally did (at 3), then only could it be considered a valid area of supply as it inherited its validity from the new area of supply (at 4)?

Mn up with price reaching non fresh demand
Wk up price inside fresh demand
D1 down reaching fresh demand inside weekly demand

monthly is not up on eur/aud.
You should wait for longs at new levels of daily demand.

thank you for your thoughts but i think monthly is up because we have a descending trendline broken and a area of supply removed

1. you can connect lastest two peaks for a descending trendline.
2. weekly chart is in a bearish consolidation.
3. if weekly is in aconsolidation, monthly is up and not fresh, we should not set n forget longs in monthly demand, confirmation is need.
4. 1 accending trendline + 1 supply removed = an uptrend = 2 or 3 supplys removed

I am planning to take a long trade on nzd usd.
Monthly up, weekly up, daily up
As per the sequence n re- alignment rules, we can set n forget long at new daily demand zone.
Bias is long until monthly supply above is touch or bullish daily trend is broken.
