    Mishcon de Reya, one of London’s biggest law firms, said it’s representing a group of unidentified clients threatening to take legal action against the British government if it tries to initiate the process of leaving the European Union without consulting parliament. Britain Votes for Brexit: Full Coverage The formal start to Brexit talks is likely to be the triggering of Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. Mishcon de Reya said in a statement that this process can only be started with parliament’s consent. Really, no but Really, the Brexit vote was as much about getting rid of Bureaucrats as it was saving wasted cash going to the EU. This firm of lawyers are looking like "Friends of Junkers", anyone doing business with them should take it away now and tell them why, then , when they are bankrupt , see if they still object Huzzah !!

I was at a meeting in London recently to take part in a discussion re, The Blockchain and its disruptive abilities to , thus far, undisrupted industries. I had no idea that all 1st year students at M.I.T were given a Bitcoin to see what they'd do with it. Two of them did some research and came to the conclusion that in the legal profession there are only 42 basic laws and everything else is just expensive padding, my thought is we give these guy's Article 50, see which one of the 42 basic's it falls under, file it on the Blockchain and pay the new Blockchain legal bill of 0.00045p and move on to more important things like, can we now get rid of Kg and Grams in the cookery books and get back to pounds and ounces , and call Starbursts by their proper name Opel Fruits etc etc

And I have believed for a long time that we need a written down, fully accessible constitution.

It makes sense that the parliament can over ride certain referendums, if 51% of the UK voted to killed the 49% then that should clearly be over ruled.

But the prospect of the UK parliament overruling the democrat majority on the future sovereignty of the country - that is wrong.
