From the last 1616 top, EU has developed so far an ABC move down, where C is nearly equal A. That would look good for the proposed triangle view.

On the same side of this equation are the CB's which are hell bound to defend not only the stock markets but also the currencies. But as we all know, such games only last so long until it does not work out anymore. If history repeats, every CB intervention is destined to fail in the long run. And this Ponzi scheme may have faced its final black swan today.

My view is, that upside is most likely very limited, even with CB intervention. Roughly 1340 to 1430. For the triangle scenario to stay intact, it should not exceed 1616.

From a fundamental view, EU and the Britain's are now in stormy waters with elevated uncertainties over the next months to years. Would you invest your hard earned money in this areas now?

So far the CB's have held the EU over critical levels, as you can also see on your Midas chart. How long will it last?

Many institutional speculators must have been on the wrong side of the bet last night. Will they be able to average down their bets to get away with only one blue eye? And how likely is it, that the CB's are actively helping them in their desire?

Price is weekly imbalanced since it is below VAL and IBL, but I see the price is balanced daily.
So there will be price trying to be confirmed in the balanced state on monday. If there is a doji-like formation, there is a chance to go up to the POC line, on the other hand the price can go lower.

P.S. I believe in going lower.

I have realized we have been looking for one of the most important economic facts or trades from the recent history. It's the perfect Black Swan. We do not know the consequences yet. I think that some Brits do not know yet the consequences of their vote. Was I mistaken? . I thought this was a plan from the politicians and smart Brittish people to negociate better conditions with the UE. And I still think it was the initial plan or idea. Renegociate with the UE with the thread of one referendum.

About trading I agree CB's are keeping the bias. Realize the two contacts with 1,1170-80 area where longs started on 3rd june and 16th...

referendum BREXIT .... the basic idea came from CAMERON to gain power in own party...

the positions they took with regard to refugees (more dogs to sniff )... and now makes campaign to remain aaaaahhhh

How bad was it yesterday for any of you that actually traded Thursday and Friday? I have been on the sideline for a few weeks.

I'm just curious... Could you even trade? Or get filled anywhere near a bid?

have not actively traded much over the last weeks. Have some strategically short positions in EURUSD with price around 1500

On Thursday evening I had some long positions and sold them around 1390. Then I waited for somewhat higher price to sell, but unfortunately fell asleep.


It is kind of funny, how the "Remainers" in Britain are acting now. Writing Petitions etc., London to be independent (thus remaining in the EU etc). Strange sense of Democracy when in denial of the Referendum

Maybe one solution:

all the Remainers go to Scottland and get their Scottish Referendum?

for me which increases is the risk .. before risking 50 pips now these conditions maybe 200?
but it does not change anything in my strategy ... as the risk increases I can not be willing to take that risk .
but the rewards can also be much higher...
open a few positions this week ...
I had a pending short G/U at 1.5130 not opened ... no problem

+5% for Friday. +2-3% is unrealized.
