nice trend line there+candle pattern. i think if it closes above that factal we should prob see a larger gain. but gbp is a mess so who really knows

market maker push GBPJPY down hard, if I am not wrong.
* anyway care today is Friday .
* I off soon since price within ranging level , hard for me to catch pips>50 . [ +30 pips to me is consider I fail ]
** bad day to me , loss 2 trades with small loss -10 -12 pips , all loss because not close trade at +28 +20 my bad

My GJ H4 chart candle ended above the bollinger band too. Eyeing for long now. In profit still from 145.50... not worrying to much.

Back tests show very good results, Here are all the files required for MQL4. The best results seems to be using it on eurusd 5 min time frame. Run it through strategy tester, try to optimize the best settings. Also included links of other test results by other people. The .set file contains settings used by other people, the ea needs to be optimized to work current market conditions.

(had to change the .set to .txt to upload here, but change it back to .set to load the configured settings for the EA for testing. Happy to assist where necessary in the testing process.

Did you back test it yourselfyet? The results on those links look pretty damn good. I havent downloaded it yet, but i will start tinkering with it later next week. I will play with it a little bit and toss it on a live demo acct and see how it goes.

buying/selling the break. Im leaning more for a break to the topside because i think the usd breaks down for a couple days plus it looks like an inverse head and shoulders that came back to test the break....maybe? either way its an easy trade out of the consolidation.

im still looking to short this sucker. Thinking somewhere around 103 initially then maybe down to 101. This also is based more on usd weakness than jpy strength. either way i like the downside here.

i will look at them with the donchi stuff also to see if it matches up but i havent yet downloaded it to my main mt4 so ill prob be posting that later from the trading view

the gap stopped at its tracks at the donchian channel , and actually put a sell on it , no divergence yet

This little game I mentioned last Friday worked. Broke and close up the fractal and it kept going. Unfortunately, I wouldn't trade it due to Brexit this week, Friday, and weekend. Did not have to stop and reverse either. Cool.

Question now is are they going to fill the gap or is it going to be a runaway gap to the upside?

The stronger GA rocketing to the upside without me. Been watching this pair for days unfortunately I do not want to take it due to Brexit drama coming soon. However, I will be watching this pair after the drama is over and see if it will hold it's gain. This pair could be in a new uptrend if you switch to the daily. The down move could just be a retracement to the 62% then rocket ship up. Again, will be watching and trade this after the drama.

im not even looking at anything for a couple hours. still trying to wrap my head around all these gaps messing up good setups

GJ bearish divergence on the 15 and 30 bet this sells off during london...at least to close that gap if not to new lows.

hehe donchian is the real deal , even mapped to the exact spot my resistance indicator. You need to combine it with a price, stocks, divergence indicators for high sucess rate
