On the weekly charts for the pound crosses, everywhere hammers. In my opinion, it looks ready for a relief rally in the pound crosses next week. It looks like the market doesn't believe in a Brexit.

The same for EU on the weekly, nice hammer.

EG nice inverted hammer on the weekly, the daily with some nice wicks.

EG looks a bit sketch to be honest, if you look left on the weekly charts, you'll see many hammers that were nullified with a continuing upward swing. Monthly still indicates a bullish position to me, for the time being anyway. PA wise, monthly looks more able to go up than down at an estimated 70% chance.

I have a feeling GBP is just gasping for air right now before it's dunked again, but who knows for sure, USD/JPY looks pretty screwed in monthly.

True, but if you look at the daily of EG, some pretty big wicks four days in a row. Look also GN and GA, especially GN, some pretty big wicks a few days in a row. And the wick on GU is also quite big.

In my opinion, if there is no brexit the yen will get dropped like never before. GJ bounced exactly on a monthly level on the chart.

Yeah I see the daily, not sure what to make of it right now. It did make a higher high from the first attempt at breaking the 0.794 resistance, but those 4 candle sell downs look scary, maybe it could bring it back down to around the 0.780 support level?

i am saying its valid. it probably would take a world upset to get there. look at a month uj chart pre 2008. note a year before in june 2007 what the yen did. note what june 2015 what the yen did. note what happened 1 year later in july 2008 (worldwide economy). that move missed 68.09 target. courtesy of boj manipulation. manipulation is still present but yet the yen strengthens .. boj has lost its affect.. meanwhile the fed is trying to prevent disaster on a world scale by not raising. the fed has a double edge sword, not raising raises euro and yen's power.. hurting both ez and asia. the medicine may be worse than the disease.. i smell deflation worldwide. they are weakening the usd, when in reality it should rise..it will last till the dam topples..

So, Japan currently has 227% debt to GDP, with a huge aging working population on their way out to retirement. Albeit their debt is mostly tied domestically, is this why so many investors see the Yen as a safe haven? The only chair partially covered in shit in the game of musical chairs, while all the other chairs are just straight splattered?

Possible double top on the weekly plus hammer and inverted hammer. In my opinion they don't believe in a Brexit and euro and pound will rise. EG could be down much lower on Friday.

Lol.that gets my vote for metaphor of the week.- -Flat in currencies now as precaution against any big gaps coming out of the weekend. Not predicting that but seems like a jumpy market with all that's going on and like it wouldn't take much more than a poll or a tweet.- -Have a good weekend all. Next few trading days should be interesting to say the least.
