EJ TP hit. I have been thinking about changing my trading style a bit the past days. I want to aim for a smaller TP.

Do you guys have a MT4 app on your mobile? I think the charts will be very tiny on my telephone screen:nerd:

I'm in GJ aswell. After the initial break just before LO and its retrace I suspected it would go again. I'm puzzled as to what you saw in the H4.

I was just comparing between the two and on e/u price was just above the 200 ema and on cable the price was below the ema and therefore I preferred the geppy EDit: I wish to point out both trades were taken on the 1 hour tf

I pay more attention to RN levels lately. Look at the example of this GU chart. Price is going from RN to the next RN. And takes a break at each RN level.
As loveevery1 mentioned the importance of RN's many times in his thread, try to open a sell just below a RN and open a buy just above a RN. That is more safe.

Thanks. I know it's said that the 200ema is respected on all time frames but on H4 it's significant for me as it approximates the 34ema on the Daily.

Yes I really like that it gives me a close approximation of the TDI 50 line on the main chart.
For any newbies reading this, the majority of a trend occurs beyond the TDI 50 line.

I've been taking some interest and envious glances at the H4 trend-following threads such as Dreamliner's High Flying Trading. He recommends entering when there is a close beyond the 34ema and adding after a retrace bar. Someone else on the thread is entering on a change of colour of the nonlagdot indicator (which is not too far off the colour change on heiken-ashi bars or Average Price Bars) and adding after a retrace bar. I'm starting to think that the best entry on to an H4 trend-following strategy is a successful 30m trade, that is, not taking full profits and leaving some on. Comments welcome.
