Brand new weekly uptrend and weekly demand imbalance on S&P500 index. Retesting all time highs. If all time highs broken we will start having new demand zones being created on the Daily timeframe. Daily demand nested at weekly demand zone. Aggressive long bias at daily demand levels.

No we shouldn't go down to lower timeframe to look for imbalances and levels. You should ignore since the bigger timeframes has not been confirmed as a zone. Cheers, Alfonso

New daily demand levels created on NZDUSD at #1 and #2 upon reacting to weekly demand imbalance. Potential daily demand at #3 if opposing imbalance nested at #4 is taken out. No reason to short right now, no level to lean on for shorts.

UCAD Monthly is consolidating, W1 is in bearish consolidation price reacted to a weekly supply level and created a brand new daily supply level that breaks an ascending trendline nested withing the weekly supply level.

Hope you are having a great day. I just got home to have lunch before I leave again and saw an email I was expecting.

A couple of weeks ago I was interviewed by a web site called www.52traders.com . They interview traders, create an audio podcast and make a summary of the strategy each trader is using.

I was contacted by a trader that attended a free webinar and added me if he could tell these guys to interview me. I agreed and after a few days they contacted me to schedule the interview.

Observations :-
1) Ascending trend line broken.
2) Demand taken out
3) No possibility of drawing descending trend line.
4) Monthly demand in control & price low in the monthly curve.
5) New supply zone formed at break of trend line @ 1.3820

Conclusion :- Down trend,
Decision matrix:- Sell at supply zones

Weekly:-

Observations :-
1) Ascending trend line broken
2) New supply levels are formed & demand taken out
3) No possibility of drawing descending trend line
4) CP supply zone just above monthly low curve
5) Price bouncing of weekly cp supply zone
Conclusion :- Clear down trend
Decision matrix:- since price was bouncing of monthly low curve, we can not sell, set & forget at cp supply zone, sell only on confirmation on daily with break of trend line & one opposite demand zone taken out.

Daily:-

Observations :-
1) Price bouncing of weekly cp supply zone
2) Ascending trend line broken
3) New supply levels are formed & demand taken out
4) Possibility of drawing descending trend line
Conclusion :- Clear down trend
Decision matrix:- Sell at fresh supply zone at 1.3075, Set up valid till price hits the monthly low curve. Once price reaches monthly low curve set up not valid.

I just noticed that EURJPY monthly, weekly, daily is in down trend, but right now we are in monthly and nested weekly demand zone, and soon we'll reach nested daily and even H4, should we buy when we touch Daily demand zone ?

You want to buy in demand in a 3 months downtrend, monthly, weekly, daily, H4 downtrend? Buy in such a clear downtrend? No rule allows that at set and forget and supply and demand! Downtrend, you must sell!

I am planning a long at the distal daily demand level myself or wait for a new daily demand zone to be created at the monthly chart on GBPNZD.

EURUSD Short sell playing out nicely

Analysis for the same is as follows
Monthly:-

Observations:-
1) Overall trend is down as new levels of supply are formed & old demands are taken out
2) Possibility of drawing Descending trend line
3) Currently price is in box range ( Marked yellow)
4) Monthly flip zone is acting as a resistance for upper level of box range
5) Supply level far above monthly flip zone ( CP pattern) Cp pattern is valid as long as descending trend line is valid.( Solid pink rectangle)
6) Above CP pattern RBD supply zone.( Solid pink rectangle)

Conclusion:- Broad down trend, current price action in box range
Decision matrix:- Sale at high of box range, buy at low of BOX range on confirmation on daily or weekly time frame.

Weekly:-

Observations :-
1) Bullish trend line is broken
2) One demand zone is also taken out
3) New weekly supply zone formed at 1.1390
4) Price high at monthly box range

Conclusion:- Down trend
Decision matrix:- Monthly bearish consolidation ( Box range), weekly down, go short at weekly supply zone

Daily:-


Observations :-
1) Bearish trend line broken
2) New demand zones are created & older supply zones are taken out
3) No possibility of drawing ascending trend line
4) Price at weekly high curve
5) Two levels of supply zone located nested in weekly supply zone
6) First level at proximal line of weekly supply [email protected]
7) Second [email protected]

Conclusion :- Up trend on daily but price high in weekly curve.
Decision matrix:- short sell @1.1375 stop at 1.1457 if it fails ,short sell @1.1490 stop at 1.1627
