Disliked{quote} Hi livindaylite most of my losses are because my mind wants to always be in a trade. I sometimes struggle to keep my trigger finger at bay and i pay for it EVERY TIME. You would think I'd learn by now but that is not always the case. I am getting better at it but the losses are typically a result of that. My A+ setups almost always workout for me but my patience is not there yet, alot of times I bail out only to see the plan going my way. This is why I have switched to a D, 4H 1H TF as opposed to WK, D, 4H, as the swing TF at this point...Ignored
Focus on the process, outcomes are irrelevant
We don't get to control the outcome of our trades (we wish!!)
What we have control over is our decision making process.
Following our systematic approach to reach our conclusions
Focus on the process, not the outcome.
Sit in front of your computer and say that to yourself a few times before you look at your charts or a live trade you are in.
Try it please.
best wishes
