like this? I almost feel like I got the last fib span upside down. I should look at mid as norm in this case? or as a new tgt?

Definitely a hot zone. The blue lines on those charts are the pps you mentioned. That's why I like 1162/114x to close my shorts and load long.

If there is no rate increase then we go back to your numbers but if there really is a rate increase I reckon we easily go past 112. Two rate increases this year would easily bring us back to 120-125 and no rate increase would bring us to your 100-105 target.
