My EA Gift to Traders

Just found this thread and it looks so interesting that I shall be reading the blurb and viewing videos for weeks.
I have recently started to look at mt4 code with a view to learning it after some 40 years away from any code, nothing since the 1970's, from that you may guess I am in my early 80's.
I am trying out a method of trading (spread betting) using a (centered TMA and a non centered TMA) cross. I know that TMA's repaint but I understand that if it was set to use the open price, no repainting should occur. The hope is that I can eventually have an complete trading EA cross system. Other EA MA cross systems have been made and work although how successfully I don't know.
I note that "The Traders Gift" does not contain any strategies like this, so I would welcome your advice whether this would be codeable. meanwhile I will keep following the threads developments.

Dear Dave,

When you're free, can you please add an option to set a "delay between trades", for example after the EA takes a cross wait 6 hours or any other amount of time until it can takes a new one.

Also it'd be nice if you can add "Jumping Stop Loss" and the option to set a ''maximum number of trades'' the EA can take.

I was trying to install the Strategy Optimizer, but when I add a csv history file I get the error message saying: Evaluation Limit Exceeded.
And when I try to go to the traders gift.com I end up at another website with a lot of banners popping up.

So, where can I try this?

keep getting 404, page not found.

Hi. I cannot seem to download. First it goes to this site: http://usd.photios-raj.com/zcvisitor...3-0a157bfa6bfc
which my security software shows as potentially dangerous. Then when I clicked again it goes to this ww1.tradersgift.com/ but shows only a blank page. Maybe my security software is causing this?

Dave can you help me get this code working properly for a simple zig zag ea.
