I see users complain about setups that they thought were good and lost trades...yet no one mentions that there were high impact news during some of those periods. And I haven't seen anyone mention anything about that. It is your responsibility as a trader to keep track of when news hits because it will affect your trade. It's not all indicators.....

Out of interest guys and gals, would any of you take the signals where I have placed the red lines? this is where the tdi/ signal crossed BUT before below the yellow MBL line. In the past I have still taken them but only when the TDI has just crossed the yellow line. {image}
So I will take a stab for better or for worse
Red VL 1:
No. Because the second candle did not open below the DOL. I would want to see it move away from the DOL and break out of the bearish master bar.
Also I may see a bit of curling if I wait for the second bar.
Red VL 2:
Yes. I would have taken it but only if it was at the opening of the second bar. I may have come out with a few pips
Red VL 3:
Yes. I may have taken that at the beginning of the second bar. However since it is already below 32 and at the level of the previous structural low I would very very cautious. I may have gone looking for a more promising setup
Red VL 4:
Yes. Would take this absolutely. Great wide angle and position of cross is a big A. The yellow line is below 50 in the SELL Zone.
Note: I do take into account post #1 here but let us not forget the guru of TMS Big E and he has tons of trades where he disregarded the yellow line.
I do look at the position of the yellow line and the direction.

You may have to set up an alert on your phone on the time your broker gives you a new bar.
I feel your pain. A lot of setups happen on LO and I am in US EST sleeping away
