FOREX.com logging on and off at trading times

Anyone here been having trouble logging into Forex,logging out and either buying or selling where the platform pretty much just freezes on you? This can be very costly when you want to sell and are unable to sell when you have an open position.

I used forex.com for almost 2 years, and no problem until now, but a few days ago i face login problem, and when i check my email they announce me for server changing.

server changes happen on weekends not during the week

What is the logic from the broker side to constantly log off and on during trading times. Wouldn't it affect negatively the br00ker itself?

I see you are new , forex.com have enough negative on the this forum to write a book , just go look in search ,........ reason , the constant logging off by a broker is to stop people from take winning trades

I opened a position during a news release... went up ~50 pips... tried closing position but I got an error message: "not enough money"... went back down to a ~20 pip gain... now I can close. I need 30 pips back!

That is true but if people have problems they should post here so there is a record of what problems people have occurs with certain brokers. Brokers will never tell us stuff like this.

Constant logging off ? i never have problem like this.

Maybe you should contact forex.com customer service to consult your logging problem.

Constantly have hanging problems during important trading times. Perfect wifi reception too but this shit happens quite often with Forex

Forex really does suck.. I still can't freakin trade as it just sits there spinning taking forever to log on or off and then unable to execute any trades.
During important times it seems like they do not want you trading.
