safer to wait till 1h TL gets broken/retested then to pick a top.

possible opportunity to get a fresh uj short on a 106.84 test. i didnt say long to it, that's still risky. norm still waiting 100.5 or 100.71. decade target still at 6x.xx. 106.84 is not much of a retrace (300 more normal, comparable to recent drop) but its a good level (place to look this month) even with a new LL. just a place to keep an eye on on a bounce.. its easy to get caught up in a move and continue to add to a winner. the problem is when a trade is so big, a small retrace turns it red.

i see tyrant down there. i once told him uj was overextended 5,000 pips. 1/2 of the 5k was /is 2500 pips. 100.5 or 100.71 satisfies that.

The G20 Finance Ministers met up in April from April 14th-15th where it was pretty much agreed upon by the G20 Finance Ministers which way the YEN would be headed amongst other currencies. We have another meeting at the end of May for the G7 meeting where Obama will come to as well. Probably markets head down this week and next week and then steady or once during week of meeting.

If anything I reckon that the YEN drops after G7 meeting and not before.

believe it or not. i depend little on news other than timing . i heard out the ass about boj easing would curve the yens strength, or the eu wasn't going to 1.17 or the possible 1.2470.
i dont want or care about what goldman or citi does or says about markets. because over the years its mostly late news or garbage or just plain wrong.
i am quite sure someone will try to attribute a move to the g7, of course after the move. time may be better spent finding the path of least resistance, to anticipate a move.

i haven't spoke to him in a year+. the first rule in trading is, "u can and will be wrong. so use proper mm." if one can't do that. they should not be trading. hopefully he has learned his fundamentals are interpreted different by some. than techs help guide it. even fundis have cycles. does anyone have apple at 61$ handle? i know one guy who does.. i keep hearing nobody predicted the apple under 100 drop.. or oil drop from 106 to 43 in real time. or even brent oil 14$ handle after 56 dead cat. hell i dont believe it. but its what pa indicates.. just like 1.2470 eu.. bloomberg cnbc and even boone pickens falling all over themselves. shit happens.. world reset does that

Dont want to spoil this thread with tyrant crap. He blames everything except his arrogance for his epic failure. If you are wrong you are wrong in this business and mistakes can-should be made. But allowing 1.700 pips drawdown for a lousy 100 pip profit target and acting as if you are some fx prophet is what makes the situation hilariously funny. Anyway. It is fun to watch his thread time to time especially when he gets his hopes up again and then digests another 300-400 pips drawdown on top of the current one

Unfortunately it is very difficult to hit margin call with that lot size. Or can it really happen? Another 1.000 pips maybe then

i dont know where his margin stops. if its 100.50/.71.. i wouldn't be surprised to see it tested. lots of opportunity lost. one could have slept the last 3 months and loss less.

He has a USDCAD long position which he executed at 1.4250 man, targeting 1.4350. No UJ exposure. This morning he breached 1.800 pips dradown, never seen sth like that before. Maybe some day he will take profit at the level he has been praying for but wasting months and so many opportunities and acting as if he is some sort of fund manager? 68.09 is valid.. unbelievable, but valid.
i would love to say for sure. i caution uj shorts w/o a bounce. but i may be wrong. i dont like to post stuff against trend. but personally i closed my uj short 106.6x.. and i am the one seeking 100.5x.. r less. i would prefer a bounce and even have some longs atm.. i dont want to lead anyone wrong. tyrant atm may gain a few hundred.. i dont know. i do know 106.84 is cheaper than 105.80 for a short. but 130 pip bounce is not much.. here is a chart.. the yellow one represents 68.09 target levels.. its up to others to decide about individual levels as s/r bounce wise

Still hold 100% but watching GU as it might affect GA - not too worried about AU for now
