Whipsaw counting range indicator

I suggest a technical indicator which when attached to a chart shows us which pair has tested a Support and Resistance manually set by me (say 30 pips) maximum number of times but has not yet broken out beyond the S2 and R2 (further 30 pips each).

I'm just floating the idea for developers to consider. I'm even ready to pay for it adequately, if someone provides me this indicator

Can you elaborate a little bit on the details of what you want in the indicator, and post an example chart or two with the whipsaw count?
