Hi Steve,

I am new to this forum. In this Image you have given some Candle Descriptions(Like Bullish Candle in a Down Move and Bearish Candle in a up Move). I'm actually not aware why we need to noted that. It might be some basic understanding of Order flow. Can you please let me know where can I get that information.
If I go through this forum from Beginning will i be able to understand that. Please suggest.

It's just that if the big guys want to buy, they need a lot of Sell pressure to be able to fill up their large orders. If there is no seller, and they big guys are buying, it will just create gaps and they get their execution at the worst price possible. That is why they buy on a Down candles and Sell on Up candles. This i how I understood =) I hope steve or someone else can fill up whatever I missed

Who is causing the large sell candles or the large buy candles. They are the big traders, the market makers. They draw the less informed to the wrong side of their intention and wait to strike.

Hi ramkirshnava;

What duy90 has said is correct.

Especially look for the first Candle of the opposite colour at a Swing Point so at the start of a Bearish move look for the last Bullish Candle and the start of a Bullish move look for the last Bearish Candle these Candles can continue to have influence on the Market well into the future.

This is because this is where Institutions have been most active Buying or Selling and, often, not all the Orders will get filled first time around.

The Market continues to move up and down consuming Orders where ever those Orders are this = Liquidity.

The Market is, in essence, an Order processing machine driven by human emotion (Greed - Fear)

Some possible weakness on EU and GU?

I think that market is taking up left orders from the range on the left and then will go down looking for liquidity.

This morning's price action was also weak since price failed to break the high volume area created by FMOC announcement. (I also shorted the EU this morning but I've been stopped out at BE, damn, I'm working on it)

Did not expect it to drop like a rock so I just let it be default TP, otherwise I would follow the Price action. Besides I wasn't at computer at all today until now. Which means I banked those pips without even need to do anything =) I set a Sell limit last night as I would anticipate they would push the price up first to Selling level and entered with 6 SL. Too bad I did not apply my R:R on my trade and just traded with lowest risk I could = 0.01 lot. If it was properly managed I would have put in 0.03 lot with 70 Dollar account that I have left XDD.

All in all I am happy with the result, but bit disappointed I wasn't on computer to see and manage the trade

I have been working my way out of a Short position I had built when the Market turned on me.

What I have learnt from this experience is to Take Profit when Profit is there and don't try to impose my thought process on to the Market.
