Best MT4 demo broker suggestions needed

I am looking for a good mt4 demo broker. I don't trade on mt4 but I do use it for my analysis. I am having trouble with FXCM because there are too many gaps on their mt4. I have compared this with other sources and these gaps are present in some and not in others. The sources I used are not mt4 and that's why I'm looking for suggestions for high quality mt4 demo brokers. I trade with Dukascopy exclusively. I used to trade with IB but left them.

Maybe you can try a fixed spread MT4 broker. There are not that many these days anymore, but possibly Fibo Group will suit your needs.

I've tried their demo some time ago and from what I remember their feed was quite stable. And Important: no spread widening, so no false spikes on your charts.

Of course fixed spreads tend to be a little high and you have to keep that in mind when analysing. For instance a low of 1.0855 on an 8 pip spread pair on Fibo Group would have been a "real" low of for instance 1.0858 on Dukascopy.

If it's not too much trouble, I would appreciate if you could provide more details about this problem you identified. If there is an issue with our MT4 demos, I would like our techs to know about it so they can work on a solution.

You mentioned gaps. Is this a gap in chart prices? If so, is it on certain time frames or currency pairs? Do you have a screenshot?

Also, you said these gaps are also present with some other sources but not in all other sources. Were there any MT4 sources you found without gaps? I'm trying to determine whether the issue is specific to MT4. To check this another way, it's worth noting your FXCM MT4 demo login will also work for you on our Trading Station platform. I wonder if you would see the same gaps on Trading Station charts.

Again, any help you can provide me in researching this problem is greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty damn happy with Darwinex...never saw gaps...only the normal opening gaps
