I was watching the same thing but got the PA off M15 rather than M30.

No, I'm just a demo king with a few years of screen time so of course this all looks good.....

Save your cash. It's going to take a long time and a hell of a lot of practice with rock solid discipline if you want to make money in this game.

There are a few excellent threads on these forums (price is everything, romancing the price, Julexo's thread). Read them all, absorb as much as possible.

You can fire up your charts right now and start doing the analysis, marking the S/D levels and getting some experience going. Post up some charts and get involved.

Yes that's exactly it. Keep it simple as possible, watch daily PA and areas, drop to H4 and maybe lower for PA and entry.

Why was I so confident with UJ when demand was scruffy looking?

Check daily... Very very clean demand and can see now the exit was probably too early.....

I can only guess you say that your exit was early because next resistance level is 110.69~ is that correct?

The level where he closed has already been tested (this is 2nd touch). The first touch failed to make lower low so highly unlikely this level will hold. Also we're reacting off rock solid weekly demand.

Here's a pair I haven't traded before but seems to play nicely. In fact, USD across the board looks quite good atm.

Hello mate yeh i'm good thanks... yep still in the game, get rich or die trying u know how it is. Still hate being an employee bitch so trying to get my trading to match my daily grind income.

I'm still trading quite a bit, i'm active still over at AG and in a good group there. Ken still amazing us regularly - i'm in a great group and he's teaching us many of the unexplainables. Stuff that i just wouldn't gather on my own and you know how long i've been trying. I would say the biggest lesson I've learnt is related to HTF structure. I am thinking very much in terms of HTF SD and splitting the LTF reaction at HTF S and D into phases when we reach HTF S/D levels:

for example 3 ways price can react at HTF Demand:
i. It can reject immediately (if the HTF base structure is beautiful e.g. clean engulf like on Daily UJ currently) in which case take the touch trade and try and hold on, you're at the strongest D so don't exit early like C-12
ii. It can enter a price range (sideways movement....) wait for buyers to step in with a clear break of the range, then get in on the retrace - see below chart
iii. It can spent a lot of time going sideways then break south - the demand was not good enough to turn price and HTF SD curve can give hints as to whether this is going to happen or not.

The key to tipping the odds in your favour in my view is waiting until the move from 4->5 before entering after buyers having broken the range at HTF D and shown the intention to go higher and having a keen understanding of the HTF direction (as Ken says, Direciton is everything.) Most SD traders are gagging to get in when we reach HTF SD and whilst they can still make money taking touch trades, sub categorising the HTF level allows a more controlled approach and in my view more importantly, can keep you out of entries that look amazing at first glance but infact are low probability.



Having said that i took two longs on NZDCAD today taht were losses and ate big time into my profits for this week so far.
