Webtrader, MT4 Terminal, Live Support everything seems to be down.

Had open positions in my MT4 & suddenly it went offline. Tried contacting their live support but after waiting for almost 19 minutes with no one available to attend live chat, i gave up. Terrible experience since last 2 days. Now it's time for me to start moving funds to some other reliable broker's.

What is exness going to do about open orders that can't be closed because of their servers being down ?
I for one have over 30 orders open no tp no sl and ain't able to close orders at any given time. Price may go to a level or may have been to a level where some trades should have been closed manually but unable to do so.
trial2 and real4 seem to be more stable in the last hour but real1 is still down and has been so for at least 3 hours.

The last few days have been pathetic trading on exness terminal.
Don't know if it is a one off incident or now a regular feature.

I am trading with them since 2010 & experienced downtime on multiple occasions but most of the time it lasted for couple of minutes. On two different occasions i even got the refund from them against the trades which were affected due to this (i can say they are at-least professional on this front). But since last 2 days things turned out to be horrible.
What the Hell is exnees doing?? I have already lost some because of them since last night. When i was trying to close my EURUSD long , they did not let me to close it until my profits reduced to 1 USD. MY EURCAD trade also busted because of them. I tried to contact there representatives. No one is replying from there side. Who is responsible for our Losses?

Buddy don't waste time waiting for the live chat operator i don't think they are going to attend anyone until this problem is sorted out. Quickly shoot an email to their compliance department at "[email protected]" & mark a CC to "[email protected]".

Well they have a practice in place that if you lose any money for their issues they will investigate and compensate you if valid.
You have to mail to them details along with screenshots.

Thanks buddy, but i have already closed these windows where i was trying to connect to there representative. I took whatever i currently have. I told them this morning that i want to close EURCAD but since i am unable to connect so can't close it. Same happen with my EURUSD trade but i was unable to close until my profits went away.
