What do you think, is it ok to trade this strategy 2 / 3 hours a day starting around london open? Some time it is hard for me to trade in the same your time due to my time zone (i am pretty busy).

Syl, I think that time frame for trading is great. I always like to start about an hour before the open. For me the more consistent I am about when I trade the more consistent my trading. You begin to develop a feel for the market you trade.

Hi Rocky, thanks, so i can trade starting from london open time, great!

Here another trade i took right now, 18 pips profit with my initial sl 13 pips, so RR a little bit higher than 1.

Another nice one Syl well thought out. I know you like them so don't listen to me but those fractal markers would make me nutz LOL! Just my OCD for uncluttered any thing.

Both are similar on the surface but the GBP/NZD move down was much more of a straight drop down while GBP/USD had a good sized period of sideways movement usually the stronger straighter drop or rise will have a better chance of snapping back against the trend, where as the strong move with a decent sized consolidation area is more likely to continue with the trend.

Hey mt4 traders... i think range bars in mt4 repaints it self over time!! or cuzes indi,s for repaint ! does anyone else noticed such a this thing too?

It only does if you close your MT4 and open it again. As long as you keep it open, it won't repaint itself. It has something to do with Tick data.

AUDUSD First trade of the day: initial SL 10 pips, closed due to the trailing stop with 8 pips profit, not big deal, but it is ok, i have entered a little bit late on this trade, the ideal entry should be the break of the S/R, but i was late so i enter at the bounce of the previous fractal.

Yes, but it is free. Do not bother when you are just learning the system. Once you feel it is worth the cost, you may look around and invest into the non-repainting products.

in back test seems much smoother and easier but in live chart gotta be more keen ...
however i dont knw maybe it is the same in all other platforms

Again, it will not "repaint" until you close your MT4 and open it again. If you open it at 9:00 am and keep it open until 5:00 pm for example, you won't see a bar repaint itself. Once you close the platform and open it the next day, the chart will look different because the MT4 does not save tick data and your range bar expert is tick data dependent.

As long as you keep the platform running, you will be okay.
