Zigzag & Fractals

Hi fellow members,

Is there anyone in the forum have a zigzag indicator that is simply drawing lines between one fractal peak to low and to peak again?

I've compared three ways to draw zigzags, one is based on the classic zigzag indicator built in the MT4 platform, the second is based on the fractalzigzag indicator that I've found by googling the net, and the third was drawn manually by connecting the fractal points. What I really need is the third one, but there's no such indicator yet out there (or maybe I might've missed it).

If anyone has it or could code such indicator, I hope he/she would be willing to share it here.

can anyone please tell me how to put a zig zag on the indicators in MT 4? appreciate it? thanks.

@hypnos63: I'm afraid without custom coding, that would not be possible.

i guessed as much. but where does one find this custom coding? i have seen custom indicators for RSI, but none with a ZIGZAG included. i guess i will have to use those.

Ask around for such custom coding. Sometimes someone is kind enough to code it for you. If you need it so much, offer compensation and I'm sure someone will do it for you.

despite dating from 2008, this is one of the most important posts i have read on this forum.

I have seen such an indicator in the past. Try to search codebase there might be a version floating around.
