Hi Halogen, the last 2 charts look like there are 2 different e/u pairs on the market as they are both H4 but don't match.
Can you please post Weekly and Daily charts with your notes? Thanks!

You right, I use in 2 different broker, in different laptop, but it's just different a little bit, not much, now I cannot prepare screen-shot as u want, but: in my chart, 1. Weekly chart already broke solid red line
2. H4: all line are going cross zero
3. Daily: today 31-Mar-2016, all Test line are preparing to break.

So, H4 is the fastest response chart in 3 kind of this chart: H4, Daily, Weekly. That the reason I say, it will go to down trend.

I will back with screen-shot and note, around 10pm SGT or later

Wrong, H4 cannot go straight after cross down zero line.

I base on the signal in red-box to decide that: Test lines will go down in next few candles, it's right, but just a little bit, you can see in the yellow eclipse.

After H4 already cross down zero, H1 start a new wave, in the blue-box, but H1 does not break down at 6:00 and 7:00, in the red-eclipse, so H4 go up again.
That's why H4 cannot goto the down trend. And Daily chart cannot break down, so it keep go up. in the green-eclipse

What can you tell about next possible movement? I see divergences on your indicator on H1, H4, D, W charts.
On D chart red test line broke down in divergence but no divergence with confirmation lines - how can you interpret this?

About next movement, long-term, next week, I will give you a detail on this evening, around 9pm SGT.
For easier reference, I will name this indicator as FI
Now I want to talk about divergence (D) and convergence (C), Test lines and Confirm line include sequence of ..-D-C-D-C-D-C...., you can see that is the rule of this FI.
Confirm line always follows Test line (delay after 1 ,2 or 3 candle).
Some pattern of movement of FI maybe similar but price may act different. pls see the image:

You can recognize a pattern here, in the box and eclipse, but price act different. because the relative between Test line and Confirm line are different: ex the distance between top of Test and Confirm. When Test is convergence in eclipse, but the left pattern is convergence in negative zone, right pattern is convergence in positive zone. So the price on the left do down, the price on the right go up.

.... and so on,

Hey Halogen

Hate to be the village idiot around here, but for the life of me, I cannot get this indicator to run on MT4... Is it restricted to a specific broker?
Done everything as per instructions, but when adding the indicator to a chart, nothing happens... The logon asking for username and password does not appear...

Maybe you passed step 6: set permission for this indicator, it needs permission to write into a log file in case of error.
Pls read post #13, and repeat from step 1 to step 6.

Like I said - village idiot here... I did the permissions, but on the wrong user - thanks man - it's up and running... Looking forward to test this...

Great, pls note that a small bug at post#23, you should insert this indicator into at least 2 chart, then it will run normally.

I have, thanks... I'm running it on Gold & Crude at the moment, and I've already noticed something really interesting... I'm use the Bollinger Bands a lot, and on the longer time frames (1H, 4H, and Daily), this indicator will actually show you which direction a Bollinger squeeze will pop... But, this is just scanning through 2 charts for 10 minutes - I'm cross referencing this indicator with the ones I use, to see if I can get any patterns... This will require some time to get decent results, though...

sorry, that is unclear,
1. please clarify your meaning of "Test lines and Confirm line include sequence of ..-D-C-D-C-D-C.."
2. what are measuring numbers 1 and 3 shown on your last chart - is it a distance between test and confirmation lines?
3. what can you say about the center section of your last chart where FI test lines crossed several times in negative zone and price changed direction from negative to positive?
4. right section of your chart: both test and confirmation lines crossed down and went down but price continued up - that was a clear divergence.
5. can you suggest possible entry and exit signals for your indicator and recommended timeframe where we can test those signals?

Right... Lets see if I can read this thing... Took this small trade based on this indicator on a 1H timeframe... Lets see how this plays out...

Just an update... Took these two trades based on what I understand of this indicator, both on 1H charts... Profit is in points... I am fairly confident that they run, for now, but I will be closing all my positions in the next hour... It is Friday afternoon 1:28pm for me, and it's been a hectic week... Want to start shutting off...

That's the distance between Test and Confirm, the number is an example, I want o tell u that, it's different 3 times.

- test lines crossed several times in negative zone: It react with the movement of lower timeframe (is M15), but the time is too short, only one candle, so the Confirm line cannot react quickly with the change of TestLine, so you see that Confirm lines donot crossed like Test line.
- Then Test line cross-up Zero, now, the price are ready to go up, then u can see more detail in the image
