Note:

3rd and 4th candles closing one after the other of same color is good filter and good reversal trades entries

How about closing profitable trades with a new opposite direction signal...?

It would provide a good R:R by closing out losers fast and letting winners run...

I am not a fan of this way of trading............
AS early signals in the right direction can be taken for more than 10 pip some in the experienced hand can be taken for 100s.........
So I see this way as cutting your profit not cutting your loss reversal of losses is better way
May be you can convince me if you have a back test of your idea
In general if i took a trade i will wait for 10 pips distance to be taken or i will exit by some trailing stop usually i will wait for chosen direction until the move is fading

The idea was based on my observation of potential trades shown on your screenshots.
For me its obvious but some beginner traders can be burned

ok I don't want to use the indicator coded until I understand the first concept. Ive read it all looked at all the examples but I just don't get it! Can someone please try explaining how we spot the 5 candles.
