If you trade GU, then EG is better indicator than the dollar. That's what I have learned from FxEntropy about correlation. Really very valuable info. Of course at the end dollar move all, but GU listens more times intraday to EG

Yes, intraday better correlation of EG and GU, anyway I never have lower than 4H on dxy.

I want to see another spike above 4300 so I can rinse and repeat (got stopped out on 1st entry (at BE + 5)) but went on it again with 19 pips profit...cant keep all my entries up here

edit: 1.4390 trigger stands - gonna be a sniper

spx hopefully will rally to 2100 - I always dreamed of shorting it above 2100

Hi TRD and fellow traders, I'm a newbie here.. so Pls bear with me Reading this forum for a while and trying to apply this method. TRD u said that this isn't supply/demand or S/R trading. But the zones u look for trades seems like Supply/Demand zones. Actually what is the difference between them? Note: Don't answer if u think it's a silly qs.

4390 sounds VERY COOL
but be ware of stops above 4400. They could be hunted as well. So best to enter if the former high holds, is 4400-4450

Hi Glaucus,

It takes time to digest this whole thread, it is backed up with many many examples.

But the first page is to the core - always backtrack to it. At some point in time you will get used to stop hunt areas (you may call them supply/demand if you wish but in real life definition of a support would be a line or a basis off which things don't go lower) - which is, as you may well know - not the case in trading.

Perceive this thread as a good book. It worked for me.

And reading it is just a small part. Understanding it is a big part. And after you understand it, multiply that with 1000 and you will get - executing it. In other words - it takes time. Took me 2 months to "digest it".

Already ahead of you - SL 7 pips, moving to BE as soon as possible. I reacted 3 sec too late that's why no sniper entry, I used my good old cannonade

- dxy new low, EG spiking high, EU new high - I took the trade because I believe this was that SL hunt you mentioned.
- already to BE +2
- 4386 out (hit and run)

ye but not before 4350. Dont think there is much to hunt now. They need to take price down to increase confidence of the short (add more with SL above 4400 and trail some stops from above)
