After that 56.73 % retracement at wave 2, wave 4 shloud make a shallow retracement at 38.2% max, rigth?

On page 52 Fractal Forecasting:
Ian says:
Alternation between wave ii and wave iv is generally 80% to 100% for trending moves,
and 100% to 120% for corrections.
From the spreadsheet, 38.2% = 94% [close to the range]
So no, 38.2% is not the max.
[refer attached].

Using alternation plus lower degree wave v projections,
we can get a confluence zone for wave iv.

Dow Jones Relative to Gold

David Hickson, from Sentient Trader, ran a webinar based around weighting the S&P against gold. I have attached a chart of the Dow Jones Index since 1896 weighted in gold. It's interesting to see that the peak formed in August 1999. I haven't looked at it in much detail but I would guess the peak was wave a of wave iii and we are seeing a very deep wave b which has already reached the 90% level.
