I never have such settings. Nearly 4 years last page is the latest and always latest post at bottom.

I do remember such a setting for that like ''latest post on the top of the first page'' but couldn't find it anywhere ... btw I'm using last post last page setting from the beginning , but yeah I remember that setting ...

Just use the last post button on top right of page . 1 click and you're there .
