Hi Birpinar. I think that situation is different to now. The Market was in a trend short with the ROMAR way above the market. The SAR was signalling a market turn. In the current situation we are in tight consolidation and ROMAR is Support. My understanding is that the SAR/DB are more useful in trends rather than consolidation. I'm trying to find the post that mentions that...

[Edit: Can't find that exact quote about DB/SAR more useful in trends but Post 3094 says "Trading the DB/SAR is for both trend and consolidation. In consolidation is when you follow the DB from high to low and low to high. In trend is from high to low with the SAR breaking off for entries back into the trend and vice-versa"]

Yeah, it's a little different because we were at the end of a long downtrend with DB SAR attached at the bottom like Randy said, and I believe the fib would have been green with market bouncing off the 23.6 level. So, if this goes up, it probably won't be as much as the one you're referencing but might be good for 40 towards daily romar resistance. If it ever moves! I thought it would have by now. I've been out for the last couple of hours and got back to take a look and put my plan together and saw it really hasn't moved much.

Hi Shinny, my plan is not any better, as I said earlier I am still learning. I am sitting here tired after work and waiting for our Teacher. Usually I am reading but today there was no one participating so I been trying to be helpful. I hope I didn't sound too 'smart' because I am not.

My plan but things are changing in this tight consolidation...

Last MACD 0 crossing - The crossing is up.
Last EMA Alert Arrow - Lime Green up on same bar of the MACD crossing up: Retrace with Red Arrow and then Lime Green up.
Last DB Attachment - Both DB/SAR attached on top at 127.277 for continuance of the uptrend.
Fibo - Fibo is up from the bottom.

Notes: The 4 horsemen are in the uptrend with ROMAR as resistance. with a spread of about 150 pips between market and ROMAR. Market trading between EMA and Smooth and consolidating

Note on all 3 charts: Market has been in consolidation since major news events earlier. With H2 PSAR just flipping and both H2 and H1 confirming an upward movement. Mid level JPY at 7:50 EST
Final concusion: I will wait until after JPY news and go long at next H2 open candle as long as market is close to support, above session open and in agreement with H1 out of slider and off H1 support
