{quote} will it works on live account depends on the broker It work really will for Tickmill and ICmarket but not well for Pepperstone because of the commission It works ... but most of the profit are took away because of the commission. And this kind of trading will let people see how brokers really are when you made too much profit, because they will shut you down. so choose wisely But still I don't know what strategy you use to trade news.

Before anything, a simple disclosure (partially copied from the Internet): By continuing reading my journal, you acknowledge that you have done your research about trading risks and you are aware of it. Day trading can be extremely risky. Be cautious of claims of large profits from day trading. Day trading requires knowledge of securities markets. Day trading requires knowledge of a firms operations. Day trading will generate substantial commissions, even if the per trade cost is low. Day trading on margin or short selling may result in losses beyond...

I was also negative to FXCM before (due to reportedly sudden slippage widening, either in positive/negative) but it looks fine to me now. I don't think it's going to bankruptcy. Actually, its stock price has jumped from bottom since CHF turmoil. I am testing MT4 trade copy from Peppertone to FXCM (UK) and LMAX, and almost always FXCM is the most profitable due to its low spread (highest commission among them, but commission is less important than spread. I trade more than 20 pairs). As far as I know, Tickmill is located in a tax-heaven country which has loose regulations. Personally, such brokers are immediately out of consideration.

Need more than 1:400?
For U.S. people, max leverage is 1:50 regardless of the brokers.

Besides the previous requests for strategy clarifications in this journal, I have received many pm about same subject.

I have put a poll on the 1rst page to take your opinion.

For the fairness and equity to all members, I have removed the restrictions and all members can vote or post again.

Let's see the poll results...

I doubled my account within 45 minutes during FOMC, however this is extremely risky and could very well have ended with a margin call I guess. Still looking forward to haniam's strategy details.
